We selected MDM Masonry to help us with our back yard and side yard project, which included a large paver patio, sitting walls, low voltage lighting, gas lines and plumbing, as well as concrete and irrigation on the side yard. We hired MDM Scapes to create a comprehensive architectural design plan for both landscape and hardscape improvements to our property.

This included front entry and courtyard with a putting green, backyard patio and pergola construction, as well as a fire pit, and BBQ.

Frankie Mata (owner) and his team worked with us to design a plan incorporating the design features that we desired and prepared the architectural design plans for submission to both HOA and the County and handled all permit approvals.

This company did a great job remodeling my fireplace with El Dorado stone. I insisted on liability and workers comp insurance evidence because of my high ceilings and needing scaffolding. The crew showed up on time daily, were professional and left my home clean inside and out. The job took 4 days. There was minor touch up required, but the owner scheduled a time and came as promised. I live in a new community with many owners looking to add special effects to their homes. I felt so good about the project, I shared on my community FB page photos and offered to share the business info.

Frankie, Miguel and company did a great job redoing our driveway and the stonework on our house. They removed existing adobe bricks on the house, replaced them with ledger stone panels, demolished and removed existing concrete in the driveway, and replaced it with colored concrete and patterned flagstone. Frankie had lots of good ideas on the design side, and made sure the job got done right and looked good, even down to the punch list.

I cannot speak highly enough of MDM Masonry. They are professional and the quality of their workmanship is excellent. They provide you with an accurate estimate in a timely manner. MDM Masonry also suggested LED Lighting Fixtures that were less expensive and more durable for my residential project. They show up ON TIME and are neat and work efficiently. They go above and beyond in unforeseen situations which may necessitate remediation. Issues that may come up such as mold or algae are dealt with professionally. Potential concerns that may arise in the future are discussed amicably with no “hard sales” pitch. MDM Masonry, Inc was recommended to us by multiple friends that had great experiences with this home remodeling business. We were looking for a mason to change our patio fountain into a fireplace and also add additional stonework to the front of our house. Not big jobs, but in both cases the new work being done had to match up with the existing work that was already in place. They did a seamless job and even we cannot tell where the patchwork had been done. Frank listened to my ideas about what I wanted and then came back with detailed sketches of what he recommended. It was just what I wanted. The workmen worked from early morning until late. They were very neat and tidy about everything. Blasting stone and cement was quite dusty and dirty. They put up protective sheeting, hosed down everything when done and even washed our windows. They power washed the end result to perfection. We couldn’t have been more pleased.
