However, after the first month of services, no shows and lack of response to communication became the norm. We contracted for 30 mowings. Alex mowed only 10 times. Only 1 of 4 fertilizing and feedings was done. After a frustrating summer, Alex finally agreed to a final fall service and a refund for services not rendered. That never happened. Phone calls and text messages were no longer answered. We were ghosted.
