We are so lucky we hired his for this work. Jacob is very responsive. We always had an email, text or a call back within a few hours, sometimes even minutes. We feel like that can be hard to come by with general contractors, but not with Him! Jacob visited our house at least once a day to make sure his foreman and his team were on track and that the quality of work remains high. His team of workers were professional and they took good care of our home. Jacob’s prices were very fair and they are fully worth the quality work. It’s beautiful!!

We wanted our garage to be a room/office so it will be able to serve us with our personal things. Jacob, the person that we met somewhere, came over and saw our garage. He was able to provide us with a great design and with a good price that will give us what we need in this garage. The deal included all the relevant documentations as well. Jacob assigned to our house 4 people that came over on a daily basis and did the work on the best side. Within 1 month, our garage was complete, and we were able to use it for our needs.

My husband and I just moved back into a home that we recently had half of the house gutted and refreshed. The whole process started over a year ago, when we were soliciting bids from various contractors.

We had first approached 4 Seasons Remodeling & Design after our structural engineer had the plans submitted and approved by the city. We needed to make sure we could hit the ground running and Element was able to fill that role. Were they the least expensive option? No, but I’ll never forget asking Jacob if he thought I needed to replace the roof over the area that they were going to tear up.

The different teams that worked in the house, from demolition, framing, electrical, and plumbing were all high skilled professionals and were able to answer and explain in detail whenever I had a question (and believe me, we had many!).

I recently finished working with Jacob from 4 Season Remodeling & design for my garage conversion project in Greater Los Angeles! I really appreciated the time he took to communicate everything with me and answer all my countless questions. I imagine he became annoyed with me, but he never showed it and was always professional. We hired 4 Season Remodeling & design to completely refurbish two of our bathrooms (guest and master). We selected them out of several contractors we interviewed because we found their prices reasonable and, just as importantly; we felt they understood our vision. The project manager, Jacob, immediately understood what we wanted to do and gave several excellent ideas which we incorporated into our planning. We also needed help to select the materials, as we weren’t confident in our ability to pick the right materials and patterns. Jacob and his manager Jacob took the time to meet us at a supply store and helped us pick all the materials together. The work was done in a timely manner and the quality of the remodel was top-notch all the way. We look forward to using 4 Season Remodeling & design for any major remodels again in the future. We completely renovated and remodeled our detached garage into a permitted ADU with a bedroom, bath, and full kitchen.

We had an excellent experience with Jacob and his team. From the beginning, Jacob was incredibly helpful, professional, and courteous with our budget. We are absolutely delighted with our entire experience as we found the whole team professional and transparent. Jacob was at our project site weekly, checking on progress, and details, preparing us for what was coming next, and when to order the necessary cabinetry, tile, hardware (etc).
