The project was covering two adjacent driveways with permeable pavers for aesthetic reasons as well as solving drainage issues in a large area complicated by tight right of way and traffic issues.

The biding process was somewhat more complicated than other contractors however this was because of excellent suggestions and I we ended up with a much better final result.

The workers were obviously very experienced and able to solve the problems generated by the usual unforeseen circumstances quickly with aplomb. A sprinkler pipe that we did not know was there was damaged. Not only was this repaired it was upgraded to prevent future mishap. A supplier was unable (for uncontrollable circumstances) to deliver all need pavers on time. A design change solved the time issue and made for a better design as well.

The company is clearly committed to complete satisfaction with the project. The project was completed on time and on budget.

Clearwater Summit Group did an amazing job on the design and installation of my project. It was two years ago and still looks breathtaking. They completed two water features, pavers, retaining walls, stone stairs and landscaping. I cannot describe how beautiful it all is. Dwight is amazing to work with and has great vision. They were extremely professional and took time to understand how we wanted to use the space. They provided many options with respect to materials and costs associated with different applications. They were focused on making sure the job was done correctly and that it would be something that would provide us years of enjoyment. Clearwater Summit provided a complete remodel of our backyard: design, excavation, landscape, and construction. This included excavation for the new pool, irrigation, drainage, hardscapes for the pool deck, fire pit, new deck, outdoor kitchen lighting, and decorative plants throughout the yard. Clearwater Summit personnel were professional and courteous, communicated effectively, and went above and beyond (even sweeping and cleaning the street and sidewalks every day). Clearwater Summit located hard-to-find decorative pavers and integrated all of the elements in creating a true backyard resort! We love our new backyard as it has extended our outdoor living area. We highly recommend Clearwater Summit – as they exceeded our expectations and stayed within our budget guidelines.

If I were to rate Clearwater based on hardscaping job they would receive 5 stars without hesitation but the landscape end is were they lost two stars. Clearwater built us a beautiful 10’ retaining wall and the pavers they installed are beautiful. Every guy that worked on our job was professional and accommodating to our needs, just a great group of guys.
Heavy equipment tore up both our front and backyard (this was expected) After the construction crew left our site is were the job started to fall apart, our landscape crew was pulled away too many days for other jobs, including 3 days with a pallet of sod in our driveway (causing Red Thread, a fungus) 3 months out and we still have sod seams, the blades of grass that had the red thread are now brown. This job required pulling out most of our sprinkler system in the backyard, they reinstalled the system with fewer head and now we have big brown spots in the backyard due to no water.

I had the pleasure of working with Ty and his staff during the construction of our amphitheater at Camp Four Echoes. From the start, everyone was professional and always took the time to answer all of our questions.
One of the best things about working with Ty was that he was always thinking about the future and ways that our space could be utilized in the future (saving time and money).
