We bought a home with a pool that was twenty years old and in need of a complete renovation including new equipment and so we decided to make it our first big project. We invited several pool companies out to give us quotes and in the end we felt most comfortable with Ron at Lang Pools. Unlike some of the other people who came by, he was very supportive of everything we wanted to accomplish including adding a SPA as well as recommending things we needed to replace and improve. The best thing for us is he was able to work within our budget and get us on their schedule very quickly, so we actually got to use our beautiful pool and SPA this year before closing it for the season. Ron was available for every question we had, but also had a great supporting team with Cam, Jeff, and Marci. Their guys were very professional and took great care with our property leaving everything exactly as they found it. Steve and their service team has been great after the pool completion in cleaning and servicing the pool. My family and I could not be happier with the end result of this huge project with a completely updated and modernized pool and new SPA for entertaining our family and friends for years to come.

I am so pleased with the wonderful workmanship and care the team provided and continues to provide with my pool project. I engaged Lang Pools to replace our vinyl liner (they built our original in-ground pool). It took some time to get an appointment (busy season) but once they came, they quickly sent through a proposal, answered our questions, and measured/ordered the liner. It took only a few days to arrive and they worked efficiently to get our pool set – drained the evening prior then team came at 8AM and did a great job (no visible wrinkles yet!) and organized water truck and chemical/service so the pool was only out of commission for a day.

So far so good – will see how things hold up but very pleased with the experience with the team!

When renovating our pool and installing new pavers last summer, we had an overall great experience working with Lang Pools. Steve and Marci were highly communicative and available anytime we had a question during the process, and they still are! Steve, Ron and the team, updated our pool efficiently, safely (the worksite was contained and organized), and on time. If we reach out with a question, we get an answer almost immediately. We still work with Lang to open, close, and clean our pool. Lang created a beautiful pool that everyone loves to enjoy. We highly recommend them!

We had a great experience with Lang Pools. We bought a house that had a gunite pool that had not had a human swim in it in almost a decade. We had several pool companies come out to give us estimates on restoring it. Some never returned our calls after coming to look at it, some gave us CRAZY estimates. We contacted Lang Pools, Ron came out assessed our needs, walked us through the process. In short order he came back to us with a reasonable estimate on the costs and timeframe for the job. Once the job was started his crews were great, if we had any issues we could reach out to Ron and he was great at addressing any needs we had. Sometimes we didn’t even need to get Ron involved, a quick call to Marci in the office got things moving for us. She was great and was always there to help us! Can’t wait for summer!!!!

Lang Pools recently replastered and retiled our 20′ x 40′ inground pool and spa in Westport. Everyone on their staff was so helpful in working with us through the project from initial consultation to completion. They each are very professional and skilled in their area of responsibility. The project was well managed according to the plan they discussed with us. When they did encounter issues – like an unexpected leak in a spa line – and after the plaster work a main drain leak – both were resolved professionally with the needed resources brought in to quickly address the issue. Communication with team members was good and we appreciate the time they each took to address any questions or concerns. Ron is excellent to work with! His experience, knowledge and commitment to customer satisfaction are outstanding!

We started engaging with Lang Pools in Q4 2021 with the goal to put in a brand new gunite pool by summer of 2022. By Memorial Day 2022 we took our first dip!

The overall experience was great. From the onset, the team coordinated the permit application process and worked closely with us on the design of the pool as well as the surrounding area. In particular working with Steve Caldwell who project managed everything was a great pleasure. His guidance, realistic recommendations as well as attention to detail were all immaculate.
