We just had Rosebrook install our pool and we couldn’t be happier with the whole process. When we spoke to Jamie, the owner, we had a quote the next day and signed. The company is family owned and you work with all the family. When they started on June 2, the pool was done very quickly – within two weeks, and then we had to wait for hardscape company because the work was extensive. From start to finish’s the project only took 7 weeks, because everyone worked so well together. Rosebrook showed up everyday – there were no lapses and now that the pool is going they are coming every other day to check the chemistry and brush down the pool. The pool is gorgeous and Rosebrook was very easy and accommodating to work with. I interviewed 4 different companies and one of the companies I interviewed has pool projects that have been going on for over a year! Also, Rosebrook had the best warranty of all the companies we interviewed. Highly, Highly recommend Rosebrook!

I cannot say enough good things about Rosebrook as a company but also about the individuals that worked with us! We had to rebuild every aspect of our back yard and pool and they did an incredibly professional job, on time, and equally important, on budget. We just built our first pool with Rosebrook Pools. They made the process very easy and were very helpful in answering all of our questions. Their prices were very competitive and we really like the extra concrete and support rods they build into their pools. Other, more expensive companies, don’t put in the same quality. The pool is beautiful and just what we had hoped for. As new owners, we had many questions once we began using the pool and they were patient and helpfull with anything that came up. We had Rosebrook install our pool and upgrade our backyard with some hardscaping including an outdoor kitchen. The upfront design and sales process (with Jamie), the architecture and permit application process (with Denny), the actual construction (with Jona and his crews),
the billing process (with Lynsey) and now the service experience (with Diane) have collectively made me appreciate this company and it’s people tremendously. Jonah and his crews were extremely professional and respectful of our access ways and backyard. They just worked non/stop through terrible weather days (I never thought my backyard could be put under a tent) and just got the work done….it was amazing to watch!

Not having a very large back yard, we were unsure if an in ground pool would fit in with the landscape of our yard. We are preparing to enter our third summer with our beautiful pool and couldn’t be happier. The pool and stamped concrete surrounding it are a perfect fit. We have plenty of room in and around the pool to entertain. Rosebrook paid close attention to detail and kept the disruption and mess to the minimum it could be with such a big project as a built in pool.

After meeting Jamie, we knew we were in good hands. Jamie continued to give us good advice when we were considering different aspects of our build. We are especially thankful for the way that Jamie and Lynsey walked us through the process and their recommendations. The spa is especially fantastic. The build process went well and we are extremely happy with the results.

Rosebrook Pools did major excavation and created our pool. The project was completed in a timely manner and we were very happy with the finished project. Rosebrook was easy to work with, and was responsive to special requests. We have used them for maintenance over the last 5 years, and they have always done an excellent job. Our project started in January and ended exactly as estimated in June. Since the pool has been open they have been very responsive to any requests and have maintained the pool beautifully. I cannot begin to explain how fantastic my experience with Rosebrook was. From the beginning of the project, they were honest, hard working, resourceful and their customer service was second to none. We had rose brook pools install an indoor pool in a residence in downtown Chicago. Building in the city has its logistical and phyysical challenges. This project seemed to have more than most. Rose Brook undrestood , executed and provided an extraordinary product, did it when they said they would , and all of their employees were fun throughout he project. A rare combination these days. we are a year or 2 since and there have been no issues and any service ,etc. has been great. Thanks Rosebrook!

We signed a contract in May 2015 with Rosebrook Pools to build a four-season pool, with completion planned for November 2015. A major selling point for us was that Rosebrook said that they build pools like this regularly and they always have them finished in 6 months. They promised to start immediately and fully expected to be done by the end of November, 2015.

We were surprised when nothing happened that spring or summer. They promised in July, 2015 that it was going to be a top priority but nothing much happened. In fact, Rosebrook finally broke ground the first week of January, 2016. The new schedule planned for a completion date of June 2016—disappointing, but still we would have had the pool for the summer.

In June, my wife and I wrote a letter to the CEO of Rosebrook in which we pointed out that they had not yet finished the work that was scheduled for February. In five months Rosebrook had not yet completed what they should have done in the first six weeks. We asked for a call to get an idea on when they would be finished. The call finally occurred on June 28, 2016. We were told (and this is verbatim), we expect to be “getting done in 60 days.” That would have been August 28th. 2016 was a big birthday for my wife and I hoped to hold a BIG family get-together in the new pool. Her birthday was late August. They promised we’d be able to use the pool by her birthday. As you can see from the photos taken this month, they didn’t even get close.

They then guaranteed by the end of the year, December 31st, for sure. Our county permit expired by then so it was important to meet that date. We’re now at the end of January 2017, and the pool is still not completed.

Rosebrook has made a number of critical errors in building this pool and poolhouse. It is a big project. They failed to adequately plan for electricity or to appropriately think through the layout of this project with respect to siting and septic. I had to get deeply involved in both problems (as well as a number of others). We can provide more details if needed. As one of their guys on the job told me, “they really don’t plan well, do they?” This lack of adequate planning on a big job has caused delays, rework and real frustration.

We have no idea when they will be finished with this project. They haven’t provided a new date. They missed their last date (Dec 31st) and we haven’t had a new date since. Work is currently halted waiting for Commonwealth Edison to install a new electric line, work that could and should have been done a year ago. I would say working with Rosebrook has been tremendously challenging. As we wrote them in an email in June 2016, “we have paid you 80% of the money for having completed less than 30% of the work.” We were and are looking for a professional contractor to help us build and maintain a four-season pool (complete with a great poolhouse). We have never encountered delays like the ones we have experienced with Rosebrook. What’s also frustrating is that they are largely uncommunicative. We have to keep pushing for updates, pushing for progress, checking to make sure things are right. The errors are really concerning but they’re magnified by the communication problems. We will ask a question about a problem and be told “I’ll check in with my team”, and then never hear back again.

We chose Rosebrook, after interviewing and getting concepts from 3 companies to completely rehab a 40 year old outdoor pool. Everything including the deck was redone except for the concrete shell. They did the project on-time and on budget. More importantly is the fact that the result is beautiful, functional and beautifully enhances a 100+ year-old home. The fact that Rosebrook has been family owned for several generations shows in the responsiveness, commitment and attention to detail. They also service the pool and those characteristics continue.
