My landscape project was difficult in that my concept for design required many features, but, in addition, had to fulfill my view requirements and preservation of privacy that my lot already benefitted from. Additionally, I had a small lot but wanted all four sides landscaped with continuity. I knew it would be complicated to execute having landscaped 3 previous homes/lots. Jason provided me with architectural plans and executed them exactly as drawn changing only what I requested. It took 6 months to complete the project but when one sees all that was involved in excavating, plumbing, electrical, gas, and drainage and waterproofing it was a tremendous undertaking. Most importantly it all works flawlessly. This included a pool, Jacuzzi, four water features, decking, outdoor kitchen with a beautiful wood pergola, extensive retaining walls, elevated planters, free standing succulent pots, and complex design ceramic tile setting of my California room, full out door lighting, lawns, and on and on. I am a very detailed person and every day when I am in my yard I marvel at the tight interfaces, everything is square, the decks all drain beautifully, the stucco work matches my home siding exactly, the lighting is dramatic, and the yard is thriving. Jason is not cheap but neither will your yard be when he is done. Of course, the project had small hiccups but with the very high work quality of an outstanding design makes me feel like a king when I am entertaining.

Jason and his team went above and beyond to give us a beautiful yard that is our sanctuary and without a doubt the most custom yard in our neighborhood. Everyone that sees it is blown away. From intimate al fresco dinners with family to entertaining a crowd the space flows well and continues our indoor to outdoor way of living. The intimate location of the spa gives us serene privacy under the stars. We consider each member of Terra Bella that worked on our project to be an artisan in their craft.
