We interviewed a lot of pool companies before deciding on Symphony Pools. We were impressed with Randy’s honesty, responsiveness, and professionalism and completely trusted him to embark on an expensive project we knew nothing about. We are extremely happy with the entire process and even happier with the end result. From the start, this company is very organized. All their costs are up front and there were no hidden surprises throughout. Each group of their workers, from the excavators, the plumbers, and plasterers were extremely professional and respectful. The project manager Gary was always pleasant and available to respond to our inquiries and requests. I have already recommended Symphony Pools to a few people and want to put in a good word for a job well done, and for making it a stress-free and exciting process.

We had our pool put in by Symphony and they did a wonderful job. Randy free-handed designed it for the available space and it looks so good! They completed the job in 2 months which is a lot quicker than other pool companies. They were receptive immediately to concerns or questions. We feel the overall price was reasonable.

Be very aware that if you sign a contract for say PEBBLE TEC, that you have proof that they actually install PEBBLE TEC. In our case, this DID NOT happen.

Have contacted many times and they WILL NOT honor proof that they were to install this product. UNSCUPLIOUS!

If you want a pool built right, on time, and beautiful, you should to hire Randy and his company Symphony Pools. And if you need approval from the City to build your pool, especially if you live on a hillside, you are wasting your time with anyone besides Randy. Also, having worked with several contractors over the years on our pool, you can trust Randy to craft the right balance between cost and quality.

I have never had such a good experience with a construction project as I did with Symphony Pools. Every question I had was answered timely with enthusiasm to make sure I had all the information I needed to be comfortable with my decisions.
