We love our pool!
Denali Pools did an outstanding job. Sam was great to work with; always keeping us up to date about the project, professional, courteous, hardworking and did an overall exceptional job. All of the crews that came to our house did an excellent job along with Matt that designed it. We are thrilled with our new pool!
We started our pool building process by reading reviews, getting recommendations and then reviewing multiple bids. After on-site and office meetings with our salesperson Grant, we chose Denali due to their local, long-term presence, materials offered, design features and reasonable pricing. Although not the least expensive bid we received, we felt they were the best fit for us and maximized what we wanted in a pool for the cost. We understood ahead of time that the process could take months to complete and were prepared for any time frame. We were starting this process in November and we hoped we would be able to swim by early summer 2023. We were surprised when the day after the contract was signed, we were already meeting with Joe Ruiz, our pool project manager in our backyard. Joe was personable, approachable and knowledgeable in the pool construction process. He went over the major steps and process in detail. He was up front about delays in the process that could occur. He listened to our concerns regarding the pool in the yard and drainage and made sure these were addressed during construction. Joe told us they were prepared to start immediately. This was November 2nd and were pleasantly surprised that two days later excavation began and the pool building started. Joe regularly came by our house and checked the work on the pool. Joe made sure each step was to our liking, answered questions and was quick to have any small issues addressed. We are now 14 weeks since excavation began and the pool has been completed. We can say we have been very pleased with the entire pool construction. The pool and features are absolutely beautiful. It is exactly what we hoped for and discussed during the design process. We would highly recommend Denali Pools and their team of talented craftsmen for anyone looking to build a pool.
Highly recommend Denali Pools! Joe held my hand through the end of the process and their whole team took excellent care of me. Even during a crazy time like COVID and the snowmageddon, they got it done right! I had an issue with my spa jets and they immediately sent someone out to inspect and assured me it would be taken care of. They replaced the part and it works perfectly! And Joe followed up a couple weeks later just to make sure I was happy. They have also taken extra time to come back out and explain more in depth to me how to maintain (pumps & chemicals) considering I chose to handle my own monthly maintenance and needed some extra hand holding. I feel like a pro! So happy with my pool, it’s beautiful!
Denali is a class act from inquiry, to purchase, to design, to construction, to finish-out. It was important to me that we designed a pool that worked with the nature around us and removed as few trees as possible. Grant with Denali came out on more than one occasion to get the layout just right and the end result is spectacular. We were so fortunate to have Sam as our Project Manager; to say he was on top of things would be an understatement. He came by daily and if on a rare occasion there was not an active crew on-site, he had them there within 30 minutes of his visit. His attention to detail and concern for our happiness throughout the build did not go unnoticed. He treated our pool with the same level of attention as if it were his own and held each phase of construction to the highest standard. The full Denali team is exceptional, including the amazing tradesmen who are absolute artists at what they do. As each phase of construction ended, it was honestly bittersweet to watch these teams drive off because we enjoyed watching their talent in action and getting to know these individuals so much. If you are contemplating building a custom pool and want to work with a team that will truly listen to your ideas, help you imagine what is possible, and realize your dreams – do not hesitate to work with Denali. It was very helpful since we started talking to Ryan the seller. He was very open to answer questions and very helpful to options when the project starts on the property everything was very professional. Jeremy was the one that helped me. When I called him for questions, he always answers his phone. He always respond my questions right away I am very happy that way that he organize everything. Me and my family were are very happy. We highly recommend Denali Pools, they truly did an amazing job on our pool. All the crews that worked on it, were very professional and fast! The the design by Ryan is exactly like the finished product, and absolutely beautiful. Also our site contractor Joe always keep us up to date on the process and answered all our questions. If you are looking to build a pool, in-ground hot tub or water feature, Denali is the best in the Austin area! I highly recommend all the Denali Pool services because they use the highest quality materials I have ever seen! They have an excellent team that works hard to achieve the best customer satisfaction possible! Travis did a fantastic job with the pool design and Joe made sure that everything was built according to schedule and exactly how we like it. The result was amazing, and we couldn’t have asked for a better build team!! The kids enjoy jumping from the grotto cliff and everyone thinks the hot tub is gigantic. Thank you, Denali Pools, for such a wonderful family experience that will bring joy to us for years to come!
We are very happy with how our pool turned out from Denali. Joe was our project manager and we enjoyed the process with him. He was efficient and made sure that the project stayed on track. When any issues came up, he was the first one on the job and made sure everything went according to plan. The pool is almost completed and we are excited to jump in. If you are thinking about using Denali, we highly recommend and if you are lucky enough to have Joe as your manager, you’ll be very happy with how smoothly the process goes. He texted, called and came to the house to walk us through each process and we always felt like he took great pride in the quality of his work and staff.
