I might say that SPS is one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. Everything from the start was fantastic. Dave, Mike, and the team are truly service experts and bend over backwards to make sure you’re happy. All we needed (for now) was a hot tub to fit in with the aesthetics of the rest of a new landscape project, but the buying process was smooth, questions (many of them) were answered quickly, and Mike had no problem with being flexible on the way to get things done, including using FaceTime while I was out of town to show me some options. This is a great company.

SPS built my pool over 10 years ago and it’s still like brand new. I’ve continued using SPS for all services from chemicals to auto covers to maintenance. Their customer service response is top notch. People that work there have obviously been trained so that they are not only knowledgeable but extreme,y courteous. I know this starts at the top of the company and the management team. Out of a 5 star rating I’d give them a 6.

I have had the opportunity to work with Dave and his team several times. We have collaborated on projects both for mutual customers and recently to remodel his personal home. He has always been great to work with and it is obvious that he enjoys what he does. I have seen him and his team in action from design, construction all the way through to final landscaping. They are a great company and Dave is a honest and reliable individual.

We had a fantastic experience working with Swimming Pool Services. They worked with us to design and install an in-ground pool for our new home. With lots of advance time for the planning phase, we had a beautiful pool and hot tub for the beginning of swim season. We also worked with their company to complete the landscape installation. They built a beautiful stone walkway, created planting areas, and seeded the lawn. They coordinated with a sprinkler company, electricians, and installed stone pillars with lights. All of their staff members were professional and respectful while working at our home. The company’s owner checked with us often to assure that the project was following our vision and the process was going smoothly. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the process and end result.

Swimming Pool Services does an amazing job! I love that how whenever I call there the first thing I always hear is “Another Day in Paradise this is Swimming Pool Services how can I help you today…” The best part too is they truly embody that message in terms of how they run their business, their customer service, and this is truly their culture! Plus the quality of their work to back it up is great and I have total confidence in their service and expertise! I was new to having a pool 3 years ago and over the last couple years they have helped me so much with big and little things. Don’t know what I would do without them! And I love how I know they genuinely care about me! I never feel I am just a customer or number. I truly feel they have my back on the needs that come up with my pool! Thanks Swimming Pool services and keep making every day another day in paradise for all of us! The world needs more of that!

I was quite impressed with Dave and his crew. Dave wasn’t one of those guys that got you to sign a contract then disappeared. Dave was always available when I had a question. If not immediately, then soon after I left a message. He stayed involved from start to finish. Dave would come around or contact us one way or another to make sure we were happy with everything. I was around all of the time and I asked a lot of questions. I probably spoke to just about everyone that worked on our project and each and every one of the people were very pleasant and didn’t act like I was annoying them (even though I probably was). They were all quite knowledgeable. We had some issues due to our terrain and the wet weather but they always kept us informed. They never let us wonder if they were going to show up or not. The project site was kept clean. Dave and his crew were personable and respectful. I am happy we stopped at his booth at the State Fair a few years back. We don’t regret signing on with Swimming Pool Services. We would definitely recommend using them if you decide to install a pool.

Every part of the process of working with SPS is professional, efficient and well done. We used them for the construction of an indoor pool and every step they were on top of it and ready to figure out what needed to be done.

Early on they helped us establish a budget based on what we thought we wanted and they helped guide us through the choices available. Then, in the design phase they worked closely with our builder on not only the design of the pool, equipment, and surrounding room but also how to sequence the scheduling and build process.

Close to the final move in date the remaining steps were completed with the pool and it was filled. We had a busy period where it was difficult for us to make it to the pool and so we also used their excellent weekly maintence service to keep the pool clean and ready to use – so that it was always ready for us to enjoy without having to worry about anything.

You can judge how well a team works not only by how they operate when things are smooth, but also when things don’t go as expected. We had an issue during construction that was identified and fixed as soon as possible by the installation crew with only a small delay. Later on after the pool was first started, we had an issue that was difficult to diagnose. It took quite some time to resolve, but I never felt that it was being ignored or that it wasn’t important. The Repair Service team always kept us informed of what the next step was, how they were going to figure out and that they were sure it would get resolved. Of course the team figured it out made the repair and now its great.

I have worked with SWS for about 8-9 years on servicing my pool previously.
Last year I worked with Dave Thompson on a NEW POOL ADDITION to ourNEW HOME IN ELM GROVE, WI.
He is extremely knowledgeable; I trust his opinions and his input, and additionally I would have him do any OTHER work in his related field in our home. Also does our Christmas, holiday lights and I highly recommend his staff of people who are EXTREMELY courteous, responsible, and knowledgeable as well!!!

Last year at this time we were just beginning our pool renovation, which included a new fire pit area and outdoor kitchen. From the very first meeting around our kitchen table to the final finishing details, this project couldn’t have been handled more professionally.
