Every once in a very great while you find a business just like Presidential Pools, Spas & Patio that drives all the way to North Phoenix for general repairs and they leave without charging you a penny and at the same time offering a world of knowledge and advice for a better and more quality pool!
Yes, another pool company, (I’ll be polite and not name names) tried to sell me on a new and robust in-floor cleaning system. Presidential Pools, Spas & Patio came to my home, 48 miles away, and told me what I had was already an excellent product. Sure theirs was a bit better, but not for the $1,200 I was going to spend. Presidential Pools, Spas & Patio told me I should wait until the system I have had for 20 years died (if it ever would) and that they would be there to take care of all my needs.
In today’s world finding true honesty and customer service is a most impressive gift. I can guarantee the next time I have an issue with anything to do with my pool… I will remember and call Presidential Pools, Spas & Patio. Thanks to you all so much!

The only time they were professional and on time was to pick up their checks. Other than that we had to fight to get information and to get contractors out. Once they received their last check they had some angry guy throw some salt into the pool and unplug the waterslide and waterfall and zip tie the power cord up rendering it useless. Of course no one showed us how to runt eh pool, so even if he had not unplugged it and zip tied up the power cord, we still wouldn’t have known how to use it. My husband tried for a week to get someone out to help. I finally had to play the “angry mom” and call 3 times to get an Andrew in servicing to call me back. He said in 4 days a guy would be out to help with this and to do a punch card of issues with the pool since the deck is awful looking. They did some cool decking, but concrete shows through. Not sure I believe anyone is coming or that they will help us. Real customer service would have been to send someone right away. This company use to be good, but is a joke now. (Have had family build 4 previous times with them.)

We decided to take the plunge and have a pool built during a Pandemic in which pool builders were extremely busy! Our Project Manager Robin R. did an awesome job! Robin was always very responsive and communicative. He is a true professional and managed the schedule and subcontractors/trades very well and organized. We love the end result and came in over a week ahead of schedule!

I worked for them before pool park and 3d plans..it was hand sketch plans and small university office or even before or Murphy’s house and his only s10 company truck… I had the pleasurable be part of his team and working w them as in-house deck crew many years ago or at a subcontractor i worked for who did his pool decks .. Regardless to say they are the best in the industry and. Presidential pools can offer something that you will not get from any other builder..they are the paddock pools of today and can’t recommend any other builder when I get asked who is the best .. Keep up the great work and love to see your accomplishments and will always give u 5 stars

Presidential Pools turned my back yard into an oasis! My husband and I never have to leave the house… so beautiful and so relaxing! My life is complete! If you are thinking about a pool say YES to presidential pools……No other sales associate will treat you like family than Steven Valero.. he made all our dreams come true!

Not a good experience at all. Continued miscommunication, work not getting done, not knowing when or who is doing the work. Days and weeks go by with no work at all. They keep saying they are scheduling work or looking into scheduling work but then nothing. Continuously blame subcontractors or third party suppliers they are supposed to be managing. Management team seems to have no interest in customer satisfaction or making things right, just getting their payments. Very frustrating and disappointing overall. Definitely pick another pool company

Rob Burnette did an amazing job with building and designing of our pool. He was knowledgeable about pool features and the different types (shapes) of pools and materials needed to build what we wanted. Rob helped us pick the best in floor cleaning system that would make our pool easy to keep clean and have low maintenance needs for the pool. He walked us through the entire process from picking out tile, pebble tech and travertine (for the pool deck). I would definitely recommend using Rob! He is courteous, prompt and professional. I haven’t run into any issues that Presidential Pools hasn’t been able to fix with our new pool. They have done an amazing job from start to finish.

The entire team at Presidential handled our pool from start to finish with the greatest customer service possible. Three seasons later, they handled an emergency product recall quickly and professional to keep our pool running safe, clean and sanitized. We love our pool and the quality travertine decking job by Presidential Outdoor Environments.

We have a beautifully designed pool from Presidential. We finally have the pool filled and it turned out phenomenal. When it came to orientation and start-up of our pool Dustin at Presidential took the time to review the functions of the pool, lights, pumps, in-floor and details to care for the pool. He was very thorough and we appreciated his level of professionalism.
