Town & Country Pools has just finished a complete restoration to our pool. From start to finish the process was smooth and on time. Short of weather issues, which are out of their control, the entire team at T/C was professional and responsive. Terri, Kat and Linda were always responsive and professional at every step with any and all questions we had. We never felt like we were “bothering” them when calling and asking questions.
Ric and his entire construction team were outstanding. Every single step was done on time and with precision. Gene, Josh, Bill, Ward and Fred all were always willing to assist us during the process. Even the pool maintenance teams were very professional and made sure the new plaster was properly service during initial startup phase. Burton Gray has assembled a wonderful team and we would highly recommend this company for your new or renovation needs. Our only complaint is that we didn’t have T/C build the pool originally. I write this review to highly recommend Town and Country Pools Their professionalism and communication skills are second to none. Town and Country Pools built my pool over 20 years ago and it is still performing as it did the day it was new. All of my neighbors that have pools built by the competition, and are not as old as mine have already gone through renovations to coping, tile and plaster. When you look at the equipment and the installation, you can see the difference! My pool has stood the test of time!
The servicing division of T&C Pools is a rarity in today’s world. The communications are outstanding from both knowledgeable office people and expert field technicians. My pool is winterizes without any damage over winter and when they open it, it looks clear and swimmable on that very day! No more waiting a week for the algae to clear. The water chemistry is perfect and a full report of what they did and what they found is left.
In conclusion, Town and Country Pool company is a rare find in today’s world of “get it done and give me the money”.

I cannot say enough good things about Town & Country. They were incredibly professional, terrific communicators (we knew who would be at our home, when, and why at all times), and delivered an outstanding product. They did a wonderful job explaining the installation process (to first time pool owners), provided useful recommendations and changes as the project moved forward, and managed a difficult DC permitting process as well as anyone could expect in DC. They also exceeded the timeline by working with us to finish our project in time for a large event in the backyard. Our project manager Burton Gray was an absolute pleasure to work with. I would recommend Town & Country to anyone looking for a beautiful product and a smooth process.

Town and Country Pools renovated my in-ground pool in June 2015. The project involved resurfacing the interior plaster with Pebble Sheen as well as equipment upgrades . The workmanship was top notch, the job completed on time and on budget. They also perform my seasonal open/close and ongoing maintenance. Their service level is always first rate, consistent and timely. My overall impression of T&C is that they are group of knowledgeable and seasoned professionals who operate a business with a customer first service culture. You know it when you experience it, these folks have it down. I highly recommend Town and Country Pools.

I can’t say enough positive about Town & Country Pools. They delivered 100% on every part of the project. We could not be happier with the final product. There were no nasty surprises, no delays, no hidden costs, in fact, I think we came in under budget…with so much to consider from engineering/grading plans and county permits/inspections to safety requirements and HOA restrictions it’s amazing that things went so smoothly. Very pleased!

Town & Country designed and built us a fantastic pool and spa. They were a delight to work with throughout the process, conveying accurate timing predictions and completing tasks as expected. The quality of their work was also excellent. We couldn’t be happier.
