Our company had previously used Zodiac equipment for many years but we became dissatisfied with their equipment due to many service and warranty issues. We recently switched to Hayward and we are convinced that their products have better reliability. The design of their remote control system is superior and easier for the consumer to work with. So far to date we have had no service calls or any issues with the equipment. We hope to work with Hayward for many years to come.
Other than their good products, our rep Jennifer has been very cooperative and helpful with deliveries, answers all our questions and quick to respond to our calls and emails.

I have used Hayward pool products in many of my installations over the past 2 decades. The quality of Hayward equipment and service is top in the industry. The new Omni Logic smart phone control system is currently the most versatile system available. The photos feature the new LED color changing lights.

We had a pool built which was finished in December 2021. Initial failure was the pool heater. It took 7 months….YES 7 months to get the part in. We were so excited to be able to use our hot tub in the STEAMY July after missing the winter months. Our Aquavac 650 quit working in December of 2021. Barely a YEAR YOUNG. We called HAYWARD and were instructed to take it in to one of their approved service technicians which we promptly did. We are now in March and still not repaired. When we initially dropped it off at their repair center we were told they are holding several other very same models and have not received any parts or instructions from Hayward on how to repair them. We have spent countless HOURS on the phone with HAYWARD. Each time we call Hayward they say we will have your rep call you. What a JOKE. No one ever calls. The repair company that Hayward had us drop our equipment at in December is saying that same rep is not responding to them either. Today after being on the phone with Hayward for 1 1/2 hours DOMENIC suggested I pick up my equipment and take it to another company. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So we can start the process over. I asked him if the same MAYWARD REP would be servicing that area and the answer was YES. So here we sit 3 months into this problem and still no resolution. UNHAPPY POOL OWNER in MAGNOLIA Texas. TERRIBLE PRODUCTS: I can count on constantly failing Hayward pool parts and terrible Hayward customer service. We have had nothing but problems with Hayward products and their customer service people are terrible.

In a two year old pool the $800 Hayward pool cleaner has failed more times than I can count. The local pool company fixes it eventually based on the warranty. Once the warranty is over, then I am on the hook for repairs to this garbage pool cleaner every couple months.

All three Hayward LED lights have all failed twice now. Again, I get eventual warranty replacement until the warranty is over. After that, I’ll get to pay for the failures.

Customer service at Hayward is simply terrible. If you are lucky enough to get someone on the phone, they rudely respond and tell you to fill out a slew of forms. I finally spoke with the local rep who assured me he would make it right and said to contact him if there were any more problems. All contacts have gone unanswered.

My recommendation? STAY FAR AWAY FROM HAYWARDS JUNK POOL PRODUCTS

We’ve been an authorized Hayward service center for 35 years and counting. Quality products without the strain on your finances! As a small family business that does not subcontract service work out, a partnership with such a company makes our lives so much easier! Once equipment is installed, we aren’t returning to clients time and time again for repairs due to faulty manufacturing. Companies like Hayward are few and far between these days. Thanks again for all that you do!

Not recommended. Had a pool cleaner break within a coupe of months. They just tried pawning me off and didnt provide any real solutions.

I am a DIY home owner and have been using Harward pumps, filter, heaters, salt automation systems and this spring the Omnilogic system upgrade. I have never had a more maintainance free pool! Thie products just don’t work the excell above the competition!
