We had a pool built which was finished in December 2021. Initial failure was the pool heater. It took 7 months….YES 7 months to get the part in. We were so excited to be able to use our hot tub in the STEAMY July after missing the winter months. Our Aquavac 650 quit working in December of 2021. Barely a YEAR YOUNG. We called HAYWARD and were instructed to take it in to one of their approved service technicians which we promptly did. We are now in March and still not repaired. When we initially dropped it off at their repair center we were told they are holding several other very same models and have not received any parts or instructions from Hayward on how to repair them. We have spent countless HOURS on the phone with HAYWARD. Each time we call Hayward they say we will have your rep call you. What a JOKE. No one ever calls. The repair company that Hayward had us drop our equipment at in December is saying that same rep is not responding to them either. Today after being on the phone with Hayward for 1 1/2 hours DOMENIC suggested I pick up my equipment and take it to another company. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So we can start the process over. I asked him if the same MAYWARD REP would be servicing that area and the answer was YES. So here we sit 3 months into this problem and still no resolution. UNHAPPY POOL OWNER in MAGNOLIA Texas.
