I’m very happy with the job Dragonfly Pool did to design and build the pool for our new house. Paul has tremendous experience and was fantastic about answering all the detailed questions I had and being there personally during the install and set-up phase. Paul has also been incredibly responsive over the past 2 1/2 years for warranty support and service. On several occasions I’ve texted him on the weekends and he’s always gotten right back to me with the answer or a plan. Thank you Paul!!!

Paul, with Dragonfly Pool & Spa, is a great pool builder who will tell it like it is, stand by what he does, and is there for you after the fact for regular servicing and to handle any technical problems that may come up. Face it, no matter how well designed and built, pool systems break down. Paul has always been there for us for emergency repairs and quick resolution which is ultra critical for us since we rent out our property and people are paying for everything to be in perfect working order. Stuff happens, but over the last 5 years, Paul has always been very responsive, efficient, and also fair in his pricing. We couldn’t ask for more. There are certainly cheaper alternatives than Dragonfly, but if you want it done right (and less expensive in the long run) – Dragonfly is your best bet.

Dragonfly helped us remodel our pool area a couple year ago. Working with our primary contractor, Paul and his crew did a great job revamping our old pool. Paul’s presentation of services and options was complete, he was pleasant to work with, and his pricing was competitive. His crew did all work as specified and within the promised time frame, and we ended up with a beautiful, new pool and spa. Paul has remained helpful over the years, as occasional issues arise with our automation system.

Working with Paul Ladin / Dragonfly pools was a great experience. Very professional and curteous. He was very helpful in the layout of the pool and spa to make sure it integrated well with the rest of the landscape plan. The process was very detailed and transparent in terms of cost and equipment being used so I never felt like I was being gouged ! He built us a beautiful pool spa and waterfeature and most importantly delivered it on time ! He has stayed connected and has always been available for my questions. He has definitly gained my respect and repeat business when the time comes. It has now been several years and we have never had a major problem.

Paul is a consummate professional. He was knowledgeable, hands-on, and dedicated to getting everything done RIGHT! Paul never hesitated to explain a feature or piece of equipment and he showed us multiple times how to work everything to make sure we were comfortable with our pool and fountain. Paul helped with the design process and foresaw possible issues in advance. Even when we had little issues come up years later Paul was always quick to return our call, come to the house and fix the problem.
