I don’t usually leave reviews but after my experience with Advance Pools, I feel the need to. Obviously pools are expensive and it’s nerve racking choosing a contractor, but I can honestly say, I’m so thankful I went with Advance. First of all, the finished product is unbelievable. Brian Prince not only did an amazing job on our pool, but he also helped quarterback the contractor selection for our outdoor living which came out great. I’ve heard stressful stories from friends about their pool building experiences and I can honestly say I do not relate. Even though he’s an owner, Brian was literally here almost every day hands on and communicating daily. That is not the norm. His patience, attention to detail, and meticulousness resulted in a more than expected result. We love our new back yard, and I want to thank Brian and Advance Pools for going above and beyond the industry norm. All I can say when I walk outside is wow, I can’t believe this is my back yard.

Richard Prince and his team from Advance Pools does an outstanding job. Once our project was designed and planned, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Richard kept up with the construction of our home so he knew when his job needed to start. Once his crew began working, Richard kept us informed at critical points. Richard introduced us to the landscape architect we hired. Our project is stunning and provides a beautiful back drop to our home.

There aren’t enough words to describe how impressed I’ve been with Advance Pools. We just finished a pool project, using Advance Pools, and have been so happy. Advance really seems to take pride in their work and responsibility of their product. They were exactly on schedule for our pool, even though we added a lot of extras on throughout the process. Richard was a regular at the job site, and they’ve been available to immediately address any questions I’ve had since completion. I recommend Advance Pools to anyone building a pool.

Richard, his son, and their team are talented professionals. Richard met with us to discuss what we were looking for in the pool design, size, and functionality. My wifeis is a licensed interior designer, and Richard worked collaboratively with her on the concept…and then he executed it exactly as planned. We’re especially pleased that Richard found a way to give us length (for lap swimming), a diving board, a hot tub, and great looking sitting benches. He also worked seemlessly with the landscape firm, whom he recommended. We are pleased to be on Richard’s reference list, and delighted we had friends who recommended Advance Pools to us.
