Once we decided to get a pool we got estimates and had sit downs with three different pool builders including Big Daddy. What made us pick Big Daddy was their dedication to keeping a personal touch to the way they interacted with their customers. With the other pool builders we were just another number (or it felt that way). With any construction job like this there will be delay’s there will be things not done right etc etc; however Doug and Robert were fantastic about answer any phone call I tossed their way and even some nicely worded “text messages”!! In the end the pool turned out great. If you want a personal touch to your pool buying experience and quality work and follow through I would work with Big Daddy Construction & Design.

Big Daddy Construction was a great experience for us from start to finish. We met with them in person on several occasions to finalize the design of our pool. They sent several updates to us through the internet and made all the changes we requested. Our pool was installed in late summer 2014. We were told up front that it would take anywhere from 3-4 months from start to completion. Our pool was completely finished within two months. Communication was excellent and we were constantly notified of when workers were showing up and what the next step in the construction process was going to be.

We hired Big Daddy to install an in-ground pool and re-do our existing landscaping. Overall, our experience with Big Daddy was excellent. They were very knowledgeable, personable and accommodating, and provided excellent customer service. They were very patient with us, even when we decided to make last minute changes. They answered all of our questions, day or night, and were never more than a phone call, text or email away. Doug and Ruxton were very hands-on and involved with our project from start to finish. We were always kept in the loop. We definitely recommend Big Daddy and would not hesitate to use them again for future projects.
