Mike Rowland is a Genius. Pure oxygen in fact, which if you’ve never tried it, is better than “a breath of fresh air.”

In an industry plagued by good ol’ boy ignorance, shortcuts and slacker “It’s good enough” attitudes, Mike is the antidote. There’s Mike, and then there’s everybody else.

For instance, who researches, tracks down and then acquires (or even knows that it exist!) an impossible to find, at least $4,000 device (about 10x the cost of what every body else uses) from the 1960’s that OUTperforms modern laser levels and water levels? And then USES it (to the chagrin of the tile installer who has to work within such tight tolerances) to get his overflow edges so perfectly level, that YOU the client can overflow your >100′ vanishing edge pool 24/7 at a fraction of the energy cost that other builders would stick you with? Mike does. Because he cares deeply, and he proves it by his methods. He seeks out a level of precision in his craft that is unknown in the business.
