Doing business with Brothers Pool was probably the best decision I ever made when it came to my pool. I recently had a tear in my liner from an improper install (twice from the same company, not Brothers) and when I reported this to the the company who installed this, they just gave me the run around. I won’t mention this other company, but if you are looking for great installations, call Brothers Pool. Lisa, the Vise President has been nothing short of kindness and understanding to my problem. It was hard for me to discuss this problem because of how angry I was. Lo and behold, Lisa was able to tame the beast lol. She immediately sent her crew to my house to change the liner. I decided to skip work a little early today to meet with the people installing the liner and I was very impressed on how knowledgeable they were as well as professional. Believe it or not, my dog loved them too! I highly recommend this company for all your pool needs. Please don’t just call any pool business for cheaper prices, because you get what you paid for and then realize, you pay for what you get!!!! Not saying they are high in price, I am just letting you know that if you are looking for professionalism and quality, well, then its time to call Brothers. I never review anyone, because quite frankly, it doesn’t really matter to me and who has time for that?? I own a business and I know that if you want to remain in business, you better do your best to take care of your customers. When it comes to someone fixing someones mistakes on my behalf, I feel the best way to thank them besides verbally, is to write them a great review. And that is what I am doing. Thank you Brothers Pool for everything. Its no wonder you have been in business all these years. Extremely happy with them 🙂 BIG TIME. Now I can finally rest with this problem off my back.

Brothers Pool put our first above-ground pool up in July and they did a spectacular job! I can’t believe how fast it went up. The workers were very professional, courteous, and made sure we were fully educated about how the pump works, the electrical aspect of the pool, etc. We were a little nervous about taking care of the water, but Lisa, Lia, Al and all other employees at the store have been of great assistance to us, giving us very thorough explanations at the water test counter and over the phone when we’ve had first-time pool owner questions (there have been a lot!) Our summer has been one of the greatest, thanks to Brothers Pool! No more driving across town to the public pools and our 5-year-old has already learned to swim in the short time we’ve had it. Thanks again for everything!!

I bought my pool from Brothers in 2008 and have never looked back. Recently my pool pump stopped working. I showed up at their store on A Friday about an hour before close with my whole filter system explaining whats wrong with my motor. They had an employee come out to my car and help me bring it in. We discussed the appropriate replacement pump and when I explained that I was not very handy, they offered to put the pump in for me as well.
By 10am the next morning I got a phone call that my new pump was ready. They brought the whole thing out to my car for me and when I went home I just had to plug it in. Outstanding Service once again!!!

Brothers Pool has always followed thoroughly with requests we have needed. Our office receives foreclosed properties and at times they are handed the worst of the worst in pools from us. They have helped us to be better educated on pools and their requirements. They have helped us out in several projects and their work is professionally and beautifully done. We had tried several pool companies and now will only send our business to Brothers Pool. They have set up pool covers for some properties, as well as winterize and provide monthly cleaning services. We overall have been greatly appreciated for their work.

I’ve always felt like not only were they honest, consistent and respectful, but they also start treating you like family. It’s a truly family owned business, brothers, daughters, wife and sister. Their employees that aren’t blood relatives have been with them long enough to be family. This commitment to family extends to their customers. I bought my beautiful custom in-ground pool from them and also my spa. Brothers didn’t “only” put in a pool, but they also helped me redo my backyard. They recommended a wonderful tree guy who was instrumental in making space for the pool and making my yard beautiful. I feel like I’ve gained friends and received wonder products.
