My total experience with Artistic Pool and Spa was topnotch. Las Vegas is a competitive pool market and it can be hard to know which company will adhere to costs/timeline and produce the overall quality as expected. I did get quotes from several other companies and eventually decided to go with Artistic because I really like their concept of having one single point of contact (Nate, in my case) who I could always get in touch with and who was extremely responsive to my questions and concerns, before/during/after the sale. They definitely were not the least expensive but their prices were competitive with other bids I received. While all the subcontractors were good at their respective areas, I have to say the tile layers were absolute masters and I’ve gotten multiple compliments on the tile work, as well as the whole pool/spa.

My pool has been completed for almost a year and I’m still thrilled with the outcome, I would select Artistic again, given the chance.

Artistic pool and spa designed and built my pool. First time for me, so I was a little skeptical about it. But Wade made sure that I understood every step of the way. He kept me updated at all times. He is very professional, honest, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He made the process smooth even though we had some unexpected issues. Artistic Pool designed by pool/spa. Trinity was my designer and from start to finish was amazing to work with. I provided info on what I would like in my design and not only did he meet but exceeded my expectations. All of the teams that worked on various stages of the build were very professional with high quality work. In addition, Artistic was very familiar with all of my HOA requirements so my first pass design was approved immediately. My pool was completed within the quoted timeframe. All in all great experience and would highly recommend.
