i had pool built in 2015. it took a year in total. nightmare from beginning to end. failed electrical, mechanical and gas permits multiple times. since he left the project. cleaner line has leaked ( under hot tub). had to cut that line. i have replaced the entire deck as it was not level and the entire deck was like a wave. replaced all pool cover brackets and have had coping stones broken. replaced all tracks on pool cover. now i have a piece of rebar bleeding through the plaster at one end of the pool. Please dont get involved with this pool builder. it will be the worst nightmare of your lift. i have been constantly working on this ever since it was “finished”

My wife and I hired Danny/ACP to design and build our outdoor pool, pool-house, veranda and other outdoor living amenities. Danny’s design was thoughtful and the execution of the build was flawless! After 8 years of heavy use our by our family and three Portuguese water dogs, our pool is enjoyable and worry free. I emphasize design perfection since asthetically it is gorgeous, however, the functionality has been excellent. We have only had to replace one pump in 8 years and I attribute this to the design. Highly recommended work.

Having a gunnite pool , spa , deck, and veranda put in. contract signed in April. 2 months to get the grading permits. 32 weeks into the project so far and what’s been done has looked good so far from pool and stone work part other than the coping over the automatic cover which is a disaster. biggest issue at this point is that the deck is not flush with coping over automatic cover so it rocks back and forth and bit by bit the stone wears away.

Other big issues other than weeks and months of the team just vanishing are the fact that electrical failed 6 times and i fount out he was doing electrical by himself and not with the actual electrician from appletion electrics whose name is on the permit.
