We took off of work twice to meet with Eddie, a designer from pool time. After the initial meeting 3 weeks ago and the last meeting on Feb. 27th we still have not received a price quote from him. Eddie stated that he would have a quote for us on Feb. 28th. I called the main office twice to ask for a quote and I got the run around each time. Each time they said that Eddie would call us or the quote would be emailed to us that night. Today I called and they stated that Eddie tried to get ahold of us, which was not true. When I pointed out that we were home all night and we received no call or email they state that if Eddie hadn’t provided a quote their hands were tied. I also spoke with the owner, Joe. He was very sympatric, but we still did not receive a quote or a reason for the lack of communication. At this point we are moving on, this company’s follow through is nonexistent. I could only imagine what they would do if they had our money.

We chose Pool Time to construct or pool/spa combo last July (2017). They seemed professional and they had a competitive bid. During the construction process, we experienced a lot of set backs, delays and mistakes on the part of Pool Time. They did make some things right for us but in the end, it seemed like they just wanted our money without providing a quality completed project. Considering how much we paid them for our pool, it seemed like we had to intervene A LOT in order to keep the project going and to correct their mistakes. Our biggest issue was the decking. Within less than a week of the pour, we had all sorts of cracking and discoloration. I contacted the owner, Joe, who came out an acknowledged the issues. He told us to wait a few months to see how it looked then. After waiting nearly 6 months, we had 20+ cracks and substantial discoloration. The owner, Joe, said he would make it right and offered to “redo” the decking. Fast forward a few months later, we ask Pool Time to redo our decking and the owner basically gives us the “sorry, we don’t cover that.” “We don’t warrant that.” Without the help of Pool Time, we reached out to the company who poured our decking. It was sub-contracted out. The very nice and honest man offered to redo a portion of our decking and to stain it. What did Pool Time offer? A couple months of free service. Really? In fact, the concrete company no longer partners with Pool Time. Apparently, they never got paid what they were due. If I had to do it over again, I would not choose this company. The owner seems nice but he was dishonest with me and went back on his word. Their complete lack of disinterest to make the situation right is unacceptable. I would think twice before choosing this company for your pool construction/service needs. The only reason I didn’t give them 1 star is because they did make a few things minor things right. Also, the pool itself (finish) turned out beautiful. Just wish they would have stepped up and kept their promises to fix the decking. If you do go with this company, get EVERYTHING in writing. Don’t trust the verbal promises and be prepared to “micro manage” your sales guy to make sure he gets things done right.

In middle of the summer heat wave we faced here at Sacramento, Ca. I contacted Time & Pool to do major work in my pool.
The owner came Mr. Joe Pagluica gave us estimate and with in a week his crew was at my property in middle of the heat start removing with jack hammer, loading and un loading all the old concrete plaster in their own truck. Make the story short they did a wonderful job.
My wife and was so happy with the crew and in return we was providing them refreshments, donuts, icy water.
on top of the work was provided, the owner Mr. Joe Pagluica has given us a free used MX6 cleaner worth about $120.00.
We are very happy with the entire work and will always recommend Time Pool & spa.

Not too impressed. designer was Don. late start on the pool and a late finish. Late for appointments and not too good at keeping them. Product was nice when finished but now a year later we’re having to deal with them again. flag stones around hot top seeping some kind white build up and it’s getting worse. Wire brush won’t even scratch it. They have come out to work on it but still not resolved. Getting the run around. Not impressed.

Very poor responsiveness. Not dependable. Could not even get a hold of them Once after a first visit despite multiple attempts over a period of two weeks. Recommend going with a more dependable company.

I used PoolTime to build my pool and I am so extremely happy with the outcome. Joe (the owner) and his team were amazing to work with. Joe helped me design the perfect pool and spa. It is exactly what I had envisioned. Joe was so helpful and had great ideas. Once my lanscaping is all done I will post photos! I finally got my dream pool.

I must say this was the most satisfying construction job ever the work was performed to the highest of standards my husband and I are so very pleased Joe the president of the company was outstanding understood what we wanted done to our pool his workers were fantastic cannot say enough how pleased we are I would definitely recommend this company

I had Pool Time replaster my pool and cleaned the tile. They have a very hard working crew and I was very satisfied. Everything was done that I contracted for and I never had to remind anyone to do anything. Ruth

The first thing we did when we bought our new home is have a beautiful pool put in by Pool Time. They did a fantastic job and completed the entire project ahead of schedule. We were swimming in no time!
