The salesman sounded very convincing and even knowledgeable. I spent quite a bit of my time explaining what I need and showing him around… He left promising estimates within ” a couple of days”, 2 months later I have nothing with phone calls and E-mails sent to different people within the organization. I agree with some reviewers below that they value their time a whole lot more than their potential customers. I always like when people get back to me, even if they decided not to take on my account. After all they sent me solicitation materials, I did not ask for it! Very unreliable, look elsewhere.

They built and maintained our pool. A little over 15 years the pool is crumbling and the company is taking no responsibility. We have had other pool built in the 1970 and 1950 with none of these problems.
Also Gelengate is considered the premiere pool company.
You don’t get what you pay for. This company does stand behind its own service or product beware.

Glen Gate did a great job on our new patio and pool. They were great to work with. When I changed my mind about something, even something they had already done, they were respectful and immediately made the change. Their designer Cheryl did beautiful drawings for us that made it possible for us to envision exactly how everything would look. I highly recommend Glen Gate and Cheryl.

On schedule, on budget. Their work was very high quality and professional. They were adaptable and solved problems as they arose with the project.
