Beware of false commitments and broken promises. If you want a half finished pool, this is the place to go! Our project was started back in October of 2019 and is still unfinished!!! We have paid Deep Blue over $200k up to this point and you would think we would be on their priority list but I guess not.
I really wanted to be able to leave a positive review. In the beginning Anthony was so great to work with. Gave us tours of some of his work, met multiple times to go over what we wanted and pricing, but once the project gets started and money paid, he becomes a ghost. Refuses to return texts. When he does respond, the answer is usually that they’ll be there next week and then doesn’t show and doesn’t communicate why. If we are lucky they show up about once a month for a couple of days and then disappear.
The pool was supposed to be finished back in March before all the COVID craziness so the delays because of COVID don’t hold any water anymore. Most of the supply problems would have been non-issues if they would have ordered things ahead of time back in December or January. During this entire process I have had to constantly remind them of what we want done at the house and then supervise to make sure they actually do it. His lack of response also caused delays for other subcontractors doing our home remodel. They refused to show up to do their part of running electrical so we had to hire part of it out ourselves.
He continues to sell pools to unsuspecting people but can’t seem to finish them. We have been more than patient with them but at this point it is now showing that our kindness and understanding was simply being taken advantage of.
