Ken Raymer designed my Pool and Spa, and Scott Simons brought it to life.
We are very happy with our decision to go with Poolscapes. After several months of speaking to other pool companies in Las Vegas, we choose to use Poolscapes. As the saying goes “You get what you pay for”, I know this to be true due to a couple different friends who decided to go with an alternative company, what a difference there is between my pool/spa and theirs. My friends noticed the difference as well. There were no surprises throughout the process as everything was thoroughly discussed and explained. Ken and Scott always returned my calls and text messages every time I had a question. Talk about customer service. We are beyond satisfied with our decision to hire this great team. We would give them a 110%.
Our spa is complete with tile wrapped all way around it and a large spillway. It also has high powered therapy jets, all Pentair equipment and LED color changing lights that are the envy of all who visit our home. I do wish they would have added one more light in the deep end. If you are looking for a reliable, experienced craftsmen who pays attention to the little details, and understand that their work is their signature – then these are the guys to hire! Ken and Scott listened carefully to my design requirements, gave us great suggestions to incorporate into our plans, and executed our blueprints perfectly using only the highest quality materials & equipment in their construction. Best of all they completed the job on a tight schedule, with no issues, with very little noise and debris, my neighbors were very impressed. I watched them very close every day while they worked and found they don’t take short cuts and they don’t cut corners to save time or money. They’re old school and all about the quality. The scheduled companies showed up on time every day, worked long hours in our Las Vegas Heat during the months of June-August, and actually do what they say they are going to do with smiles on their faces and always very polite. Scott repeatedly followed up with me after the completion of each step and informed me of what we could expect next. It’s quite apparent they sincerely care about their customers and they definitely stand behind their work and product. The warrantee is another positive aspect of Poolscapes, as compared to the other companies. In fact, the tile I choose to go around the pool and spa was not exactly how I imagined it. I brought this issue to Scott’s attention, and he informed me “no problem, we want you to love it”, and he meant it. The tile, needless to say was removed and replaced with no issues and the most important part, this was completed in a timely manner.
Scott even showed me how to control my pool and spa. My pool controls are setup so I can control my pool and spa from anywhere in the world. Most importantly is that I can turn on my Spa when I’m leaving work so it’s all heated up and ready to go by the time I get home from a long day at work.
