With all the companies in Jacksonville who build pools stay away from this one. I did my due diligence and reviewed 5 companies.
This is a family owned business. Two brothers their sister Liz and ipone of their wives.
My one and only appt. was with Liz. She came into my home and was more interested in my decor. Asking where i bought my stools and pictures. She went n to say how she doesnt deal with complicated customers. She passes them on to her sister in law.
Liz started out warning me that even if i go with her they woundnt start the pool for four months.
She said it would take four days to get my estimate and drawings. A week went by. I called her and she didnt know who i was. After she remembered she sent me this drawing that was so childish. It was nothing that we had discussed. She didnt include my screen. How can a customer make a discision especially when it involves alot of money.
I honestly dont know how this company stays in business. If its this way from the very start one can only imagine what comes next.
We decided on another pool company and we are so happy. The owner wants my business.

Great experience from design to build and paver installation. We had an idea of what we wanted but Liz took it to the next level with her creative design options and was so much fun to work with. Everyone we dealt with was professional and personable and took the time to make sure we were comfortable with every step in the process. I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so. Love that they are family owned and operated and take so much pride in what they do.

Thanks to Stanley pools I have saved 1,000’s of dollars. I worked with a pool company prior who forgot to automatically bill me for cleaning it for 1 year and then asked for the money lump sum. I was constantly having to go behind them and clean the filter they claimed needed to be replaced that was brand new. Liz at Stanley pools came out and showed me how to clean my pool in my new house and showed me how to use the pool equipment. I am very grateful to have met this family because I know how hard it is to trust people these days when your dealing with unfamiliar territory.
