Searching Houzz, I found 3D Designs by David and we’re so happy we did! In talking with other companies I was disappointed in the lack of creativity and we wanted a “WOW” this looks great yard. Looking at their pictures and website we knew that they would be a perfect fit for us. We were overwhelmed with where to put the pool and to place everything around it so we could enjoy our space but be functional and entertaining too. They are the masters at bringing your ideas to a visual reality so you can see it before you build it and David’s plans allow for a phased approach and have staying power. We couldn’t be happier with the services, it was money well spent!!!

We finally decided that the home we are living in, is the one we want to make our home for good so it was time to invest money into it. We had a smaller basic yard and were looking for a wow factor! David and his wife came out and listened to us, and planned for us a dream backyard! We currently have our project out to bid, but just love the plans that we were presented with and can’t wait to make the video into our reality backyard!

We were so impressed with the the ideas that David had for our backyard. His YouTube presentation showed how the finished yard would look and it was fantastic. The size of our existing spa water fall was increased. A water wall with a fire feature was added and a beautiful koi pond with all the finest equipment for a virtually maintenance free pond. The koi pond included a arching bridge over it and a waterfall. The landscaping includes new plants, trees and lighting. We had a Halloween party shortly after it was finished and received many compliments. Several guests asked for the designer’s contact information. We feel like we are living in a resort and love it. The work was done in a timely matter and was very professional. We highly recommend 3D Designs by David.

Dave is very knowledgable and insightful. He does a great job taking thoughts and ideas and putting them to life. He is very friendly and accessible. He was always very quick to respond to email and text and was committed to the project from beginning to end. It is easy to tell that this isn’t a job for him. It is a passion and he is very committed to making people happy. I have referred multiple close friends and they have all been very pleased with the results as well.

Excellent job! David and his team did an awsome job designing our project and without David we would have been lost trying create the vision we were looking for. The 3D imaging and fly through videos he created of our feont and backyard made decisions very easy because we could see it before we spent the money to build. Best money spent on the project was the design! Our 3d design looks exactly like it does in real life…my wife and I would recommend their services to anyone starting a landscape or hard scape project.

Great service, prompt, understood what we wanted straight away. Dave had the design ready in about a week and in a month we had our landscaped backyard. Everything worked out well in our budget and the result was satisfying. Having Dave design in 3D we were able to see everything from different angles. We got a bid from a landscape company before Dave but we couldn’t visualize their idea. We want to spend a lot of time in our backyard so getting it right is a must, with Dave that’s what you get.

Working with 3D Designs by David was wonderful experience. They were exactly what we needed to create our dream Tuscan backyard. David O’neal and his team created a wonderful design and adjusted it according to our wishes. They were always available to answer questions and had patience with us we tried to make difficult decisions.
Although they were only responsible for creating the design and directing us to various contractors, they stayed in touch throughout the project and often interceded for us in communicating to other providers.
Although it turned out to be a very long project, 4-5 months, the end product was exactly what we wanted. We are very happy with the work and advice provided by 3D Designs by David.
