Its been almost 5 months…our pool project is STILL not finished, endless screwups, missed commitments and appointments, more excuses, non-existant project management.

I have been waking up angry, upset, and increasingly concerned these past few weeks: this has been a lengthy and nonstop ordeal…and its STILL UNFINISHED.

The stress, anger and ongoing problems and extremely negative feelings that this “business relationship” has engendered are creeping into my daily life and are injuring my relationships with family members and friends. Beyond all money and treasure, this is too high a price for anyone to ever pay.

The upset, the arguments, the negativity, the complete breakdown of good communications around this inspired and way-expensive adventure are poisonous to your relationships, please trust in this.

And in case of possible confusion, ANY AND ALL JOYS that could have been enjoyed in driivng a cool project like this are GONE.

We have dropped over 100k, endless time, planning and hope. Its all been flushed down a sewer called bad customer service and an appalling lack of professional followthrough on timing commitments, promises of delivery / fullfillment on a now 6 month-old agreement.

From Adams, we get more excuses, sloppy handling or ignoring any and every damnable problem and concern. When the phone rings and ID says “Adams”, I know they are calling to reschedule the visit they never made the day before. That’s assuming they even make a call.

I look forward to refining and modifying my current evaluation of Adams, assuming they step up in good faith, fix their innumerable sloppy customer care practices, keep their appointments and word. Until then, don’t bother mentioning that name in my presence.
