Not happy with Alpha Nursery and Garden Center in Cascade, formerly known as Cutting Edge. They blew out my sprinkler system on 10/21/14. I turned on the system last week and I had several cracks in the pipes. I talked to the owner of Alpha and she said I had them blown out too late as we had a few days where there were temps below 32 degrees. My question to Sue, the owner of Alpha, why didn’t you tell me the blowout may not work or that I could have issues in the spring or I should take extra steps to ensure my pipes did not freeze. Horrible customer service.
