I changed my plaster pool to fiberglass on a recommendation from Leslie’s Pool Supply Store. AquaCreations came out and bid on it and the price was more than replastering it. I was told that fiberglass pools last longer and there’s no need for acid maintenance. It’s a messy two weeks to do the job and it’s looks like a plaster pool but my tiles keep falling off and Aqua Creations fixed it once but the tiles continues to fall off. Rick from Aqua Creations came out to my house after I complained again about the tiles continuing to fall off and he said that it’s common because “your pool and walkway are moving and that’s what is causing the tiles to fall off”. Granted, it was done in 2004, but the tiles started falling off within the first few months after completion. What I don’t understand is, how come my tiles didn’t start falling off until I had it redone by Aqua Creations? I’m not satisfied with Aqua Creations and I don’t recommend them as they didn’t take care of the problem they caused.

Aqua Creations remodeled our old pool with Aqua Glass, new tile, a new step into our pool, a portion of our concrete pool deck and an LED light. We chose a medium gray finish for our pool. It looks fantastic and keeps the heat longer. We actually use our pool now! The project took 2 weeks start to finish. Eric Jones and his son, Kyle were terrific to work with as were all of their employees. We couldn’t be happier!
