This is the first year we have worked with Fred and his team and I will say it’s been the best year. He is very professional, knowledgeable and honest. His team is friendly and always willing to answer questions when they are servicing your pool. AquaOne Pools is one of the best, if not the best, pool company in the NW Suburbs. I look forward to working with them throughout the years!
I have used Fred and AquaOne to service our pool for over 5 years and have found he and his team have provided the best service and kept my large and by now quite old outdoor pool operating cleanly and efficiently and he and his team have performed better than the three other pool companies that I have previously used for servicing this same pool. In addition to weekly service Fred and his team have performed major and minor repairs including finding and fixing a leak in underground return lines and recommending and replacing an ancient sand filter with a modern cartridge filter and also fixing my pool heater. Again all jobs were done with excellent work quality and on time and budget. I have found AquaOne to be the best pool company in the Barrington Area.
Fabulous service, professional, responsive and fairly priced. If you are looking for a wonderful company to manage your pool needs you have to hire AquaOne in Barrington. They saved the day for our granddaughter’s 1st Birthday Party last weekend. We had 50 people coming over the next day and our heater would not turn on. We tried everything we thought would work. I texted Fred and within ten minutes two of his team members were at my home between jobs. In a short time in the pouring rain they found the trouble fixed it and we were so grateful to have hired them last year. The party was a huge success thanks to Aqua One!!!
AquaOne has been caring for our pool for the last 3 years. Their prices are reasonable and whenever we have had issues with our pool, I call and they immediately come out. If we are having a gathering, they will make sure the pool is ready and advise us on the care that needs to be done after the party to insure our pool stays clear. Their response has always been almost immediate.
AquaOne Pools is amazing! We began using AquaOne Pools after a recommendation from a friend and could not be happier with the results. Prior to using AquaOne we were on our third pool company and had nothing but constant problems. In seven years since we originally built our pool we had to drain the pool, replace the liner, heater, pump and filter system – essentially rebuild our pool. I contribute that to the lack of knowledge and proper care from poorly trained pool service technicians . We have extremely hard water and have been told that the if the pool is not balanced correctly that the parts will be negatively effected. I was getting tired of looking at my pool everyday anticipating a problem with the either the level or condition of the water. We were so frustrated at the constant problems that we even contemplated getting rid of the pool completely. As soon as Fred and his team took over we began to love our pool again! He takes a thoughtful approach in addressing any
concerns, and even though we still have had to replace some parts and equipment he suggests ones that he would personally use and we finally feel as if we can trust someone with decisions. His commitment to having clear communication with his customers is also something that makes his service stand out. I know that if there is an issue I will hear about it right away and it will be addressed right away. I would highly recommend AquaOne Pools to anyone in the area!
