Everyone tells of a bad pool construction experience. I really thought a company that had been in business for over 50 years would deliver a great project. I built a house 4800 ft.² at the same time as the pool and less time than it took to construct a pool. Problems range from poor site management, poor quality installation failure to deliver preselected design, and warranty issues not supported. Here are a few examples. (1) the sales person accepted using Techo bloc as the coping. Three months later, the construction manager said no they would not install it. I had to find my own installer. Several months later Artistic Pools decides they will not only carry the line, but install Techo bloc. (2) 24 hours before we were installing the pebble tech they told me my color was no longer available and I need to pick something else.(3) I have had multiple leaks on the pool and artistic refuses to support the corrective action. I’ve had to do it myself. (4) once they have you under contract getting a callback is near to impossible. The list goes on and on but I feel like if you spent $140,000 on on a pool you should get service and you should get a call back. Now I’m still dealing with a leaking pool and a collapsing patio. Artistic pools has been in business for over 50 years. That’s one of the reasons we selected the company to provide us with a backyard pool. Unfortunately, the company has great difficulty delivering on contractual services. After eight frustrating months into the process and 12 actual work days, we have a cement pond, coping, rock wall, and a huge mess in the backyard. Finishing the pool during the summer (2021) doesn’t seem to be a priority for Artistic pools. We are extremely disappointed with their lack of interest in finishing our pool, not to mention we are out $100k!
