We remodeled our pool and patio last year and picked Azure Pools and Spa’s because of recommendations from two of our friends. Rick was terrific. His ideas for materials was exactly what we wanted. He was so easy to work with. The work was done in the scheduled time and was excellent. We love the way our pool and patio turned out. We just bought a new place and we will definitely be using Rick again.

Awesome pool, spa, and fire pit! Start to finish Rick and Renee took care of me. My pool project was completed on time with beautiful workmanship. With the same guys working in our yard everyday, we got to know the crew as part of our family. Lovely design by Rick. Better bid than other contractors. Very professional and top notch. We love our colored lights and pool automation. We can control the pool equipment including lighting and heater with the app on an iPhone or an Apple Watch. Pretty awesome!

I am a two project veteran, client of Azure pools and Spa. Azure pools and spa is a family business run by Rick Neff and sister, Renee. My first project with Azure was a large fairly complex infinity pool, spa / landscaping project on my home (new construction) in Rancho Mirage. Rick Neff, the owner, has a keen eye for design and was hands on and provided a lot of very valuable creative input and worked with me on every step of the project and in spite of the my many iterations and changing visions for this project, patiently stuck with me, resulting in a magnificent infinity pool, spa and backyard for my home. Friends and family rave about this pool to this day.

Fast forward 5 years, there were was a maintenance issue, caused by seismic activity. Azure not only stood 100% behind their work and the warranty and made the necessary repairs, but Rick supervised the entire repair process. I don’t know about you, but when a contractor stands behind their work, as we expect them too, even though it shouldn’t be a surprise, it is none the less very comforting when they do, and underscores in real terms what the company is all about. That’s who I want to do business with. Friends and family rave about this pool to this day.

Project number two was a pool remodel and equipment replacement/ automation, and drainage repair on an older home I acquired in La Quinta earlier this year. Admittedly a much more modest project, However, the Azure team treated it as if it were a very big project, and did a great job. And yes there were a few twists and turns on the project, (especially related to the drainage system) but the team adjusted and addressed the challenges, came up with a creative solution and got the job done, perfectly!.

Azure is not the lowest cost, nor the highest cost provider. What you get from this company is a highly experienced hands-on, creative and quality approach to your project. A family business that is small enough to provide a highly personalized approach, but big enough and experienced enough to handle a large and complex project.
