terrible ! in my life time I’ve had 3 in ground pools built and this by far was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I had problems from start to finish, you name it …. communication, scheduling, design, elevation, stone, electrical, gas requirements, the right hand doesn’t know the left hand at BP, horrible communication. However one thing Barrington pools is very good at is the money, they don’t miss a beat. Even if they make a mistake. they wanted to charge me an addition $30k for a mistake or they weren’t going to finish my pool. we agreed to $ 18k and they finished my pool. After all that was said and done, I reached out to BP with a frustrating email outlining my entire pool project. NOT one person responded to me in anyway…. I don’t recommend Barrington pools and don’t fall for the sales pitch..

Barrington Pools was such a pleasure to work with. Tod Brown was our designer and in charge of our project and he made the whole process run smoothly and timely. He was always available to answer any questions or give advice. Every person associated with Barrington Pools was friendly, courteous, honest and dependable. We were lucky to find Kyle Ritchey and Barrington Pools when it came time to do our pool project. The only change we would have made is that we should have used them for the entire landscaping project that surrounded it. Professional, courteous and most important when dealing with any type of contractor, timely. How many times do you find yourself chasing after a contractor to show up on time or finish the job? Barrington Pools, Kyle and the construction team were on the job and backed up what they said they would do! Refreshing…

From the day I met Tod to the day the pool was complete, I have never had a better and more professional experience. They show up when they say they will. If something came up on their end they would call to let us know. The service after the install is perfect! They are here like clockwork every Thursday to maintain the pool. I highly recommend Tod and Barrington Pools!

Barrington Pools designed and built one of the most spectacular pools we’ve ever seen. We still can’t believe it’s ours.

We’d like to thank Tod Brown, ours sales and design person. He took our basic idea and turned it into a breathtaking work of art. It is an awesome design! From the initial design consultation to permitting to construction to swimming … it was a flawless and enjoyable experience. They built the pool with care, precision and speed. We’d also like to thank Mark and his crew, Ray and his crew and Matt and his crew. After our first meeting with these pool building veterans, we knew we were in good hands. Another thank you goes out to Cathy for coordinating everything, answering ninety percent of our questions.

Both Joe’s were awesome. Joe the electrician stayed late on a Friday evening as the pool was being filled to make sure that we would be able to use the pool that weekend. That was above and beyond. And, Joe, our final contact was an immense help (at any hour of the day) teaching us how to run and maintain our new pool.

Everyone at Barrington Pools was most professional and this project was a pleasurable experience throughout.

We have done many construction projects over the years and this has been by far the best construction experience we’ve ever went through. Tod Brown, an award winning pool designer, surpassed our dreams of having an in-ground pool in our own yard. Once we saw his creation on his 3D drawing, we were signed on. Barrington Pools did a great job with capturing my family’s vision of creating a piece of paradise in our backyard! The design incorporated all the different elements each family member wanted – they worked closely with a contractor building the poolhouse & pergola as well as a landscaper so that the whole space flowed well together. The plans were very detailed orientated and the execution was done well. We love our pool, it’s beautiful & my family is truly enjoying the pool and new backyard space with family and friends.
