Ray Moran never responded to my calls and when I did get in touch with him, he said he would have something to me by the end of the week….I never received anything! He said he had been very busy but assured me that he would get something out to me. Our experience with Ray was less than adequate. There are plenty of landscapers out there who are hungry for work and much more reliable.

Ray Moran works with his clients to develop plans which incorporate their thoughts and budget, are sustainable given the client’s time and knowledge, and which enhance the property immediately and as it matures over time. The Blence team is professional, efficient and most accommodating, even after the work has been completed. I have worked with Ray Moran and Frank Blence on several projects at my home, large and small, over the past five years. My property looks fabulous in every season and my gardens are the result of a collaboration with a great team!

Blence Landscaping has done work for us for at least 10 years. Each year we have a project or projects and have some lined up for next year. We cannot be more pleased. They are very professional, give rapid quotes and follow up with timely work. They let us know exactly what they will do, give us choices as what will work, when they were arriving, what to expect and how long the job would take. The workers were very nice and respectful. The neatness and cleanness was incredible. The work couldn’t have been better. It was all exactly what we wanted. We were totally satisfied with the numerous projects that they have done for us.
They have planted trees way up on a hill in our back. I could not believe how they got those trees up there but they did and planted the trees, gave perfect instructions to us and cleaned up so that the site was better than when they arrived. We have had some shrubs not make it and the shrubs were replaced. We have a very tough yard to have things grow and Ray and Frank have looked into a variety of choices for us.
Our driveway is on a hill and was deteriorating. They looked at the situation, came in with a plan and shored up the driveway with 6X6s that looks perfect! All seems well as this was done a year and a half ago. This year they took some trees down near our house and some limbs over our house. You would not even know they were here. The trees are gone, the limbs gone and all potential hazards are eliminated.
We cannot be more pleased with the work, the professionalism and courtesy exhibited.
