No, I wouldn’t recommend ADG pools to my worse enemy. Chris Miazga has terrible customer service skills. He is a LIAR.
He is a bully, he is arrogant.
There is no personal service. He showed up 4 times (to pick up his check) and to see the project over an 8 month span.
He charged over $125,000.00 to build the pool, irrigation, sod, pavers, artificial turf. To pocket more money for himself, he hired an inexperienced “one man and a wheelbarrow fellow” to finish the irrigation, that ADG capped off, sod, grading, etc…
The project was completed in February 2022. Fast forward 3 months later. We were getting huge monthly water bills. Called the city water department, they stated it appears you are using 18,000 gallons of water a month. My husband called Chris to come out to take a look maybe we have a leak. No response. We called an irrigation company they came out and found a leak in sprinkler system. The ADG pools irrigation guy failed to connect a PVC line at back of pool. He just stopped, no cap, nothing. Fast forward to mid July. Our grass in back yard is burning. We increase watering time, it has been very hot. That didn’t help. Irrigation company comes back out and finds out that the “one man crew” shut off the sprinkler valves at the back of the house, dug the hoses that were there originally and chunked them. We had no irrigation at all on both sides at back of our house. By the time the irrigation company completed their inspection of our sprinkler system (and corrected the problem to the way it was prior to ADG) they found that we didn’t have irrigation going three-fourths of our backyard. That is why our grass was dead. The skimmer casings broke, the pavers are not just separating all over our deck, you can’t walk over them for fear of spraining an ankle. Have sent Chris multiple texts and emails…

If you need a great design give Chris a call. My wife and I had a couple different pool companies design a pool for us. Then I contacted Chris on Houzz and described to him what we were looking for in our backyard. After meeting with us he put together a design that we fell in love with at first sight. Completely different then any other design we had been given. Chris is great to work with and always available to discuss different options. thanks again,
