What startedWhat started out as our lifelong dream turned into a never-ending nightmare. We built the ultimate staycation destination in our backyard. A two level pool, infinity edge, waterfall, slide, grotto, swim jet, beach entry, separate year round hot tub, deck landscaping you name it we built it. We also built a 2,000 square foot cabana. The cabana, built by a different contractor, was just great and stood behind everything. Cipriano was a total different story. We had problems with things from day one. The upgraded pool finish we bought, the upgraded electronics with apps, the plumbing, the chemical system, and the grotto you name it and it had problems. Chris turned mean and nasty. He did some efforts to get things to work but never got them working. Then Chris refused to stand behind anything despite the warranty he gave us. He eventually was swearing at my wife threatening her. All this after we spent huge money with Chris and let him put our pool in magazines to advertise his business. We have since had to hire a second contract and spend lots and lots and lots of money to redo everything Chris did wrong but would not fix. I have never spent so much to get such bad results and have a contractor refuse to stand by his work or honor his warranty. He was rude and offensive.

Chris and his team were hired as our landscape architects and pool designers. They were easy to work with, creative, and iterative in terms of incorporating our feedback into the overall design. We are very happy with the final product which was delivered on schedule and on budget. Since then, Chris has been incredibly responsive in answering our questions and maintaining our property. A total pro.

Most amazing work of art I have ever seen!
When I wanted to put a swimming pool in my backyard I had no idea I would get an island resort. Cipriano landscape and pool design is by far the most incredible , professional, knowledgeable company in the market today. Not only did Chris do everything he said he was going to but he also exceeded my expectations by adding in LED multicolor lighting, a fire pit, fiberglass pool slide, beautiful landscaping and The most beautiful waterfalls I’ve ever seen in my life. The quality, workmanship, and Masonary designers exceeded my expectations in what a builder can do. I do not know much about plants and Chris was great for advice regarding plantings and helped to bring to life an ambience in our yard that we wanted. We hoped to feel like we were on “Staycation” every time we went outside and we do. I recommend him without hesitation!
