We Contracted with this pool company approximately one year ago. Greg, the owner, designed the pool of our dreams. The pool project began after we gave him the necessary deposit, and this is when the nightmare started. When the pool was completed we noted that there was a major leak in the PVC pipes to the pump. The pool was loosing approximately 2 to 3 feet of water a day, which we had to compensate by filling it with garden hoses to keep the water level up. The pool leak fried all the wiring to the heaters and in turn destroyed the two heaters. Greg was difficult to communicate with and never addressed any of these issues. The design of the pool included many mistakes. For example a round above ground hot tub was squared off across the front. When Greg was asked about this he stated … oh well don’t know how that happened. There were exposed pvc pipes on the side of the hot tub, which Greg had no solution for. We had to contract with a stone company to hollow out boulders to place over the exposed pipes at our own expense. The lights to the pool are supposed to be on a remote control which they are not, and we are not even able to turn them off. They are on all day, and cycle from red green blue and pink. The waterfalls are incorrectly installed and have overhanging metal which are of a safety concern to anyone jumping into the pool over the waterfalls. We have tried contacting Greg for many many months with no resolution to even one problem that is brought to his attention. We have now consulted with another pool company to fix all of these issues. The estimate to fix the issues is an additional 30.000$. Biggest disappointing project ever. Run don’t walk

We needed some repairs on the pool they installed, it took a little bit of time but they came through.
