I have nothing but positive things to say about Crystal Falls and our experience with their entire team. Upon my initial inquiry in which the owner, Mike, responded to within 24 hours with a voicemail and a text, to the design process with Caitlin, to dealing with our project managers Alexis and Jesus and their entire crew- you have to look nowhere else for your backyard needs. We had a massive leak in our pool, and an incredibly outdated backyard. They were able to come in, remodel the entire pool, all of the deck and we have them slotted to finish our entire backyard landscape. They are true professionals with excellent customer service! They kept us in the loop every step of the way, finished EARLIER than the deadline and catered to all of our silly questions. I will continue to use them for any outdoor needs for this house and any other I have in this area. Thank you Crystal Falls for everything- you are truly amazing.

Mike Cohen, Sonja Cellucci and their team worked with us to completely renovate and redesign our backyard pool, hardscape and softscape. Our pool was over 20 years old and the entire backyard was draining soil and debris into our pool, every-time it rained. Mike and his team worked with us and the pool designer (Sonja Cellucci) to solve the drainage problems. We ended up with a sensational design, expanded the new deck with gorgeous travertine stone and added stunning lighting & fire pit. They also provided guidance to our landscape designer and the total effect was stunning. We enjoyed working with Mike & Sonja – they finished the job on time and under-budget!
