I am a Diamond Spa customer who bought the house with this hot tub already installed. Although it looks good and it is custom made, it is not properly insulated and the access to the mechanicals is horrifically designed. Products look good but technically horrific. Despicable service, I couldn’t even get info on who installed my hot tub or how many yrs ago in terms of potentially accessing the warranty. They won’t take any responsibility.
My wife and I were remodeling our bathroom and wanted a custom stainless steel trough sink and counter. We contacted Krista Payne at Diamond Spas. We sent in our sketch of what we wanted with our parameters. Their engineer quickly made CAD design renderings with specifications. The design was approved. We were contacted by Stephanie Green, the Project and Purchasing manager. Six weeks later we had our sink delivered to us. The process was easy, efficient and accurate. I had a client who wanted a Japanese soaking tub. We found Diamond Spa’s to have the best look, lead time, sample process, and customer service. My client wanted the tub to match there plumbing fixtures which was an Oil Rubbed Bronze. Diamond Spa’s did several samples in a quick time frame for my client to approve. Diamond Spas are truly a genuinely exceptional company. The quality of their product is superior to any other copper product we have used. The insulating factor is huge especially on the large tubs. Their work is truly pieces of art (ie: Tulip Sinks) and the different finishes that they have provide a large variation of aesthetics. We love the fact that we can use their pieces in both very rustic and very contemporary homes. No matter what we are looking for, they have what we need.
