We spent a lot of money having new sod installed a year ago and when it died, the landscaping company left us high and dry. We were stuck. Fortunately the sod farm replaced the sod at no cost but we had to find a company to install. Dorough Landscape installed the new turf for us and they were awesome. They were quick with the quote to install the new sod, very reasonably priced (in fact less than the previous landscaping company who botched the sod!), and fixed a drainage issue in our yard. Not only that, when we came home they had laid fresh mulch in our flower beds to make it look nicer. We couldn’t be happier and I would use them again in a heartbeat.
They came when they said they would, everyone from the secretary who schedule the visit to the installers were friendly and professional. I even received a call from the owner and our job was pretty small. Very impressive company.

I called and got right through to Doug Dorough. He came with an associate to the house within a week (which was acceptable time for me). He spent at least an hour walking around the house with my husband and myself to note all of our requests. He and the associate stayed perhaps an hour beyond that writing up notes. I requested that he do the work as soon as possible even though I would be out of town. He did do the work within a week. He kept in touch by phone and email. We were not here for the work, but we were completely satisfied. Since then, his team shows up twice a month, does a thorough clean up and leaves a note detailing the work done. I would recommend Doug’s services to anyone. He is outstandingly qualified and does a good job..
