Starting from Mike who made numerous trips to my home to answer my questions and walking me through the process and lead me in making the right decision. His honesty and patience made my experience stress free. The entire field crew from Tommy to Lou and everyone else were respectful, did not rush my project and always too welcomed questions. Jermey in the main office greeted every call professionally and knew immediately who I was when I called. It made the relationship secure, I knew Fairfield Pools was the right choice. We hired Fairfield Pool to replace our liner because they originally installed the pool 28 years ago and still had on file the particulars required to accurately estimate the cost to replace the liner. The owner is very knowledgeable and low key – Zero sales pressure as we made up our minds on liner pattern and etc.

The new liner installation was completed 110% to our satisfaction – by the same team that built the pool 28 years ago (their recollection, not mine, as we bought our house two years ago). There were complications during installation due to liner manufacturer error which Fairfield Pool went to extraordinary lengths to successfully resolve. I suspect any other firm would have suggested I instead adjust my (admittedly high) standards!

The outcome of this project, and the customer service along the way, exceeded expectations – We love our new liner, would not hesitate to engage Fairfield Pool on future pool projects, and recommend them highly!

The entire process went smoothly and we were swimming in our new pool quickly. The price was as quoted with no surprises. We have had our pool now for many seasons. With just standard maintenance it has given us great service.

The pool is very well constructed. It even survived a flood where the deck was covered by a foot or more of water. We actually had fish swimming in our pool!

Throughout the years our pool has been a perfect place for our family and friends to gather. Plus, our kids have made wonderful memories in our backyard.

We have completed various indoor and outdoor renovation projects in 2 homes. This was by far the best experience for us. From the owner of the Company to the Sales person we worked with as well as the excavator and laborers, every single person was professional and couldn’t help us enough to get this project finished as efficiently as possible. I also had an electrical contractor on the premises at the time the pool was being installed and he also gave unsolicited compliments to the workers installing the pool. It is a “one piece pool” which required pinpoint accuracy on the install. I was around for the whole project and watched the excavator ensure the pool was placed precisely into the ground with a margin of error of less than 1 inch!!! Amazing when the size of the pool is 20′ x 40′. Additionally, after the pool was finished, we installed a very expensive patio. I asked Fairfield Pool to close the pool in October. In order to cover the pool with a cover that provided the utmost safety, they had to drill 20 holes into the new pavers to secure the cover. They walked me through the whole process before they started drilling the holes. Not one hole was incorrectly drilled, which if not carefully drilled could have caused chipping or even cracking on the new pavers!!! It is obvious that the many years of experience installing pools was evident in every aspect of the project. Thank you Fairfield Pool for last summer and the many summers ahead that we will be enjoying our new pool!

I had my pool built by Fairfield Pool 13 years ago and I was extremely happy with the quality and workmanship. I never had any issues with the pool not even with the pump or heater. They just installed a new liner and the pool looks just like new. I recommend them to my friends and family. I would never use anyone else!

The team that I interacted with at Fairfield Pool was all extremely experienced, with each having decades of experience in pool planning and installs. The installation turned out outstanding and far exceeded my expectations.

Told us liner needed to be replaced before winter because frost would collapse empty pool walls. Took our money didn’t came back til spring. They were right, the walls did collapse. We had to pay an excavator thousands of dollars to fill the pool. THEY NEVER EVEN RETURNED OUR DEPOSIT.
