My pool was over 20 years old years old and was in need of repair. I had several companies bid to resurface and tile the pool, as well as replace our old barbeque with a new barbeque and a stone counter top. We choose Ventura Pool Care Plus because they were reasonably priced and we really liked and trusted Ryan. During the construction we ran into a problem with the supplier sending the wrong pebble coat, which was installed. Ryan didn’t even bat an eye they redid the pebble coating without any delay, hassle, or additional cost, which says a lot about this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build or redo their swimming pool.

We had our pool and spa built in 2006. Their were constant problems of the spa leaking near the spillway (where the water circulated from the spa to the pool). We had the original contractor out several times to repair. Which they did… for a while, until the leaking started up again. We decided to call out other contractors to make the repair. To our surprise, several didn’t want to touch the job due to the constant problems, others bid the job so high knowing we would say no. Ryan with Ventura Pool Care Plus had great ideas, showed us pictures of other jobs and offered us a fair price to do the work. Ryan and his team did a great job, the spa area looks good and best of all no leaks. It’s been over 18 months since the job was done and we are very happy with the work.
