Our project began March 11, 2019. Gold medal promised superior work and customer service, none of which happened. 16 weeks later and our project is not complete with little to no response from the company including sales, project manager or director of construction. Be prepared to manage your own project, challenge every mistake, and be prepared to wait. This company has no sense of urgency and do not respect your time, neighbors property or the cost of your project. A 100k project provided mistakes, lack of craftsmanship and very unsatisfied customers. Please save your money and time and do not sign with Gold Medal Pool company. We only wish that we would have taken the current reviews for this company, listened and stayed clear. I would not recommend this company to anyone who cares about customer service or quality.
