I will never use anyone else! Alan went above and beyond for us. We were so stressed come spring after we bought our new house. We needed a new pump, new pipes and cleaning out 3 years worth of leaves! It was an ongoing process and Alan always made sure he was there for us even if it was a phone call or text late at night. We had a housewarming party and our pool started to get an algae problem! He came to our house 3 times in one week just to make sure it was crystal clear water for our housewarming party. He is so knowledgable and really cares about his clients.

Hiring Greyrock to install a fiberglass pool for our family was a major mistake that caused us more than a year of costly problems after they installed it incorrectly. Some things were done wrong that are not fixable & that we have to look at every day & will forever. We never had the luxury of a ‘new pool’ as it was just fixing mistake after mistake that Greyrock caused. I wish we’d actually tried to find at least 3 people locally that were satisfied with Greyrock’s pool install for their residence prior to hiring them (& been able to actually see said pools). I now know we’d be hard pressed to find even one. They not only can’t do the work correctly, but are also dishonest ‘businessman’.

Hired Greyrock Pool to replace our pool liner and heater. We had issues with the pool liner installation so another liner had to be ordered. Needless to say that after 10 weeks since we wrote the first check, we still don’t have a pool to enjoy this summer. We made countless attempts to address the situation with Alan Sedonowicz (owner) and he would not return our calls. Please do your homework when selecting a vendor. Quality of work and good customer service should be the key and Greyrock pool did not meet our expectations.
