The Hinkle Hardscapes Team was professional from start to finish. The initial meeting with Ken to design the project to meet our vision and budget went quickly and smoothly. We picked out the materials and Rene and his team went to work to construct everything. It wasn’t a gigantic project (fire pit and seating wall), but the Hinkle team treated it like it was their first priority. Even Zach Hinkle himself engaged when complete, to make sure we were pleased. Our next door neighbor signed up Hinkle Hardscapes to do a project, too, after seeing the quality of workmanship. Get on their schedule now because their multiple teams are booking up fast!

We love our patio, firepit and seat wall! It transformed our backyard. The folks at Hinkle Hardscapes did a great job from start to finish, keeping the work area clean and orderly…and the quality of the product is unprecedented. Every time we sit on our patio, relaxing and enjoying music and a fire in the firepit, we compliment the folks that built it. The entire process was well thought out and it was easy to determine when my project would start and end. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We hired the company about 4 years ago to install some retaining walls after a recent addition. At that time i wrote a glowing review of the company. Fall of 2015, we noticed the retaining walls were leaning. In the spring of 2016, we contacted the owner, Zach, and he gave us an estimate for the cost of the repair, stating it would be cheaper if we waited till their business slowed down. September 2016 I contacted him again asking when they would be able to fix the walls. His reply was December. I was shocked knowing December in Missouri is cold and the ground will most likely be frozen. I have emailed him three times this month, December 2016, asking when he will be here this month and so far I have not had a response. While the month is not over, today is the 30th, I believe Hinkle Hardscapes has determined this repair is not a priority and not worth their time. We will see if Zach contacts us and makes good on his word. I will write an update after the first of the year.

We are working on our patio remodel this week with Hinkle Hardscapes. I don’t have outcome pictures yet, but the reason for my review is the amount of professionalism and expertise we have received thus far. We worked with Benjie on a design for our new patio, keeping in mind a tight budget and our return on investment. We have received a very high level of service and I am beyond excited to see how the project turns out! Pictures to follow soon!

We have had Zach bid several jobs for us in the last two years. He was very knowledgeable and was able to give us different plans based on our project budget. They installed a multi level stamped concrete patio with a fire pit, retaining walls, flower beds and a walkway around our pool. They we’re always on time and if there would be any delay because of weather they called. The crew was very polite and professional. They cleaned up their work area every day before leaving. We will continue to use Hinkle Hardscapes for our next out door project.

We interviewed several hardscape and landscaping companies for our new home. We ended up choosing KC Lawn and Landscaping. Our project has been very challenging in regards to timelines and delays on the home’s construction. Through the whole process, KC Lawn and Landscaping has been responsive and had great follow-up. Ken and Zach have both involved in the project, and are making sure the project is done in a timely manner. I would recommend them for any project! We are building a pool/kitchen/patio in our backyard. The challenge is that it overlooks a lake and is on a bluff. If they can handle this project they can handle any other!

After 7 years, the concrete slab of a very small patio had to go. We called several contractors for proposals. Once it was determined that our original idea would not be approved by the city due to lot restrictions, while other contractors walked away, KC Lawn & Landscaping was the only contractor to suggest a different approach. They designed a beautiful 4 tier patio with a pergola, fireplace, water feature, outdoor kitchen and dining area. The completed project is quite unique to our area and the compliments are ongoing by those who pass by. This amazing outdoor space will be enjoyed by many for years to come.

We had a very vague idea of what we wanted when we met with Ken and KC Lawn & Landscaping. We knew we wanted an outdoor living space with a sitting/TV area, a bar with built in grill, and a fire pit area. Ken took our ideas and created a masterpiece. KC Lawn & Landscaping was also very flexible as our ideas/plans changed a few times during the construction. They were very good at telling us exactly what we were going to get and the price that it would cost. We could not be happier with our outdoor living area and we highly recommend KC Lawn & Landscaping.
