Wow! What a spectacular result Hydroscapes achieved! We just completed our backyard and could not be happier with what Sheri and Roger delivered for us. We hired them to design and build our pool, barbeque island, fire pit and water feature plus all the hardscaping that surrounds these for our new home. They were both very easy to work with, receptive to ideas and professional in their management of the project. Beginning with the meetings to conceptualize and design the project, Roger and Sheri listened to our “want list” and worked with our unique vision in mind — knowing that our modern style would warrant a different approach than is typical of much Arizona architecture. The result is a stunning resort-style oasis that we enjoy every day. While Hydroscapes will not be your lowest bidder, the justification for their fees can be seen in the quality of the subcontractors they work with. Friends of ours in the real estate and architecture industries have commented on the high quality of the tile work, the concrete hardscapes, and the way the backyard design works with our property. If I could give them six stars, I would and we would definitely hire them again for our next project.

Sheri and Roger did an excellent job keeping our project moving along in a difficult labor market. They kept us informed of the progress and next steps, and quickly responded to our questions and concerns. The final product was exactly as designed, and we are extremely pleased. We’ve had a couple of minor issues arise after the project was completed and Sheri and Roger returned and are working to resolve the issues. We would highly recommend Hydroscapes to anyone looking to remodel their pool.

Sheri and Roger were wonderful to work with on our pool remodel. They have a tremendous amount of experience and helped guide us every step of the way from equipment replacement options to color schemes and design ideas for the finish. They showed us several of their projects to help solidify our decisions which was very helpful. The Hydroscapes subcontractors were professional and efficient. We had a great experience and would highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

We purchased a home on an acre that need a total renovation of the yard. We got ideas and bids from about 10 companies. Our project was extensive and involved removing a pool, a bunch of old decking and a propane system- basically we had to demo anything that was existing. Roger and Sheri really took the time to listen to our ideas and our vision. Roger has background in construction and plumbing and was super knowledgeable about material choices and what would stand the test of time and cause us the least amount of problems. It also helped that my interior designer and previous pool service company had both recommended Hydroscapes. Roger and Sheri are very hands on with the job. They were here almost daily making sure things were done right. This was important to me because in my previous home we went with another company and only dealt with a salesperson, who was non existent once our check was cashed, so communication was a problem. Hydroscapes communicated almost daily with us and were always around when I had a question – even after the work was completed. The crews they work with on hardscape and tile installation were also super professional – on time, respectful and cleaned up at the end of the day (which is important to note because nobody wants trash all over their backyard).

Hiring Hydroscapes for our pool/landscaping project was easily one of the better home improvement project decisions we have made. Roger and Sheri made the entire process (from designing, getting the permits, selection of materials, build out and post installation support) easy and fun. They worked with us and helped crystallize our vision for the pool/landscaping. Once the design was established, it was an extremely hands off process for us with weekly touch points with Roger and Sheri during which we were briefed on the status, the schedule for the following week leaving us with a good understanding of where things stood. Other than their attention to quality ( they do not compromise on that), I appreciated their hands on approach and involvement during the entire duration of the project. Roger would be seen every day at the work site. They went above and beyond in managing other auxiliary activities that had to be done but was not necessarily in their direct scope of work. Even now, months after the job was completed; they continue to be involved and help us address any issues that come up.Overall we are very happy with the end result and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

We came into this project with very high expectations. We wanted an elegant clean pool that would forever be classic in design. While we had very strong opinions at the start, we clearly did not have all of the information necessary to build a pool. We were very pleased to have Hydroscapes as our partner. From December 2013 through September 2014, Hydroscapes managed the complete renovation of our pool, hardscape/landscape, roof, entry, etc., for the entire house, and a large 600 square foot addition to the home. We found Hydroscapes wonderful to work with as well as all of their subcontractors. They worked very closely with our architect and designer, and made a very large project much smoother than it might have been–we were new to the remodeling process, and they made it so much easier for us. They have a great understanding of all the ins and outs of such a project, and navigated all of the city and HOA hassles for us. We could never have done this without them.
