JW Contracting completed a total restoration on our 30 year old pool. The lions share of the work was started and completed while the family and I were out of town. They removed and replaced the aging coping with blue-stone, this was a challenge as the pool has an irregular shape. Removed and replaced the tile and prepped the rest of the pool for new plaster, all while we were away. We received photos of the process, it was a labor intensive and dirty process. Upon our return, other than that portion of the work being completed, we could not tell anyone was even there. Jobsite was spotless. The following day, they completed the plaster and refilled the pool. We were back swimming in no time. The worksmanship was top notch and the results amazing.
I also need to mention the support staff at the office. They were great. They were very friendly and helpful with our material choices. They know their business, answering questions, offering photos and examples. Communication before, during, and after was as good as it gets. They run a tight ship. This instills confidence when undertaking a major restoration on a huge investment like a pool.

I found Jim on Houzz just after he joined the website this past spring. I’m glad I did. I had a twenty plus year old pool that needed attention. After meeting with him, we decided to completed renovate everything. He replaced the apron, tile, and coping. The pool was entirely re-surfaced with Pebbletec. He moved some electrical switches, installed a new pool light, new drains, new skimmers and re-installed ladders and railing. The pool looks beautiful!

JW Contracting kept me up to date on when to expect them to start the job, the progress of the project and my satisfaction as the work went on. They have a VERY professional in-house staff, not subcontractors. They were all very hard working, polite and cleaned up every day when their workday was over. The quality of the work is beyond all expectations. It’s obvious that in a very competitive industry where all kinds of companies come and go, JW Contracting is in this for the long term.

My project wasn’t cheap but I received every bit of value possible with the work that was performed.
