K&D Landscaping has been a true business partner. I am one of their vendors and I was surprised to receive an email from Shane mentioning they are reaching out to their vendors for feedback about K&D operations and how we can improve with positive or constructive feedback and they are all ears.

1.Very friendly and professional K&D Associates from the front desk, accounting, you, Tucker and your drivers when I have met or spoken to them at our Watsonville location.
a.Drivers presentable
i.I watched all drivers place their fuel tanks on the ground before fueling, so I can tell safety has been reviewed
b.Vehicles presentable/clean
c.I am always asked if I would like something to drink when I come into the office
2.K&D Landscaping associates open/interested with card features (I don’t find this a lot)
3.Conference room clean and I enjoyed the pictures of completed projects on the walls

We were very pleased with our experience with K&D. We choose them in part due to their responsiveness to our questions and concerns during the bidding process. The project started and ended as pscheduled and as budgeted. The crew arrived every morning with the same supervisor. The paving, carpentry and rock terrace are particularly well done and the project was executed accurately in accordance to our landscaping plan.

Perfect professional! All of K&D employees were great to work with. Josh, Jeremy, Kendall and Jose. They listened, offered their ideas and we meshed it all together to come up with the landscape project I wanted. Their contract was clear and concise, and when the crew arrived daily, they were ready to work, very polite, courteous and at the end of the day, they left the yard, as neat as possible (for a construction zone). The neighbors watched the progress as well, and were so impressed with each step and outcome. At the end of our 5 week project, we had the whole crew over for a dinner to show our appreciation. We recommend K&D to everyone, and will use them again.
