I made an appointment and spoke with Mark. He was late coming out to my property but once there seemed to understand what we wanted. He told me that he would have our estimate to us by the end of the week. I contacted him a month later letting him know we were still waiting on the estimate. He mentioned he recently had surgery but again would have the estimate out no later than the end of the week. That was in December and it’s now the end of February. I guess they are so flooded with business they don’t need the work..
