We selected La Jolla Pools are meeting with and getting quotes from several pool contractors. We selected La Jolla Pools after seeing some of their other jobs with both creative design and a beautiful finished project. The guys on the team were all very friendly and nice and answered my many questions during the build. Bart came up with the vision and design for the pool and I am so glad I let him take over this part, as it looks incredible and is also very functional. He incorporated all the things I asked for and in a way that makes the pool just right for our family’s needs. The tile work and real stone edging at the pool is pure perfection. The tile guy makes sure everything is perfectly level and flawless! I was so impressed. We have a waterfall edge on 3 sides of our spa that run into the pool. If this was even slightly off level it would not function properly, but needless to say its flawless and looks awesome every single day! We added several upgrades such as a fountain, solar heater, and wifi access controls and am SO glad we did. It makes the pool so much easier to care for and I was trained on all the basic maintenance which has been a breeze. This past week during the big storm I was worried as the pool received so much water it overflowed, but much to my surprise it was deliberately designed to overflow away from both the house and pool house into the rock area. Brilliant!!! We are so happy with our pool and would highly recommend Bart and the team at La Jolla Pools!

La Jolla Pools just finished a pool remodel for us that turned out beautiful. Our original pool contractor cut corners and messed up the contour by digging too deep. They were horrible to work with and went out of business shortly after completing our project. It was so refreshing to work with La Jolla Pools to correct the issues and update the design. Bart was great to work with and he helped us to make the right design choices. Bart’s staff were awesome! They were very friendly and helpful and their workmanship is top notch. 17 years ago we used another company to build our pool and because it was an unpleasant process fraught with problems that continued to the present, we were able to compare that to the highly professional, competent job La Jolla Pools did for us in our re-design.

What a pleasure it was to work with Bart’s crew: competent, hardworking and pleasant. Bart is a good communicator, keeping us informed every step of the way. He does not shy away from problems and meets them head on.

The outcome is Spectaculor! He changed a water feature into a fire feature, stopped a vanishing edge wall from leaking, created a gorgeous patio out of Cantera stone and gave our outdoors a resort-like look. BRAVO!

My wife and I recently purchased a home with a pool that was in desperate need of repairs. After having several companies come by for estimates I decided to go with Bart and La Jolla Pools because he seemed down to earth, honest, and fair. With the purchase of the home, many upgrades to do, and my wife expecting our first child any day, I needed this to go smoothly. I couldn’t be more happy with La Jolla Pools to do my pool resurface. Thanks to La Jolla pools I now have a big beautiful pool with built-in hot tub and Baja shelf which is one of my favorite places to hang out. After three years it still looks brand-new!
They also build an amazing reflecting pool in front of my house with floating steps that you cross over to access the front door. Huge “Wow” factor when people visit the house for the first time!

We had extensive remodeling of our aging pool. Plaster, Deck concrete, new tile, drains, heater added etc. Bart with La Jolla Pools was excellent. On time, and on budget. Excellent job and service. Our pool looks beautiful and works more efficiently now.

Bart and his crew did a great job from start to finish. We liked his team , their work quality and experience they brought forth while building our pool. Bart has checked back often to make sure all is going well.
